I was a little nervous about being upsold, especially since I ended up needing more work than I originally expected, but they made sure I understood that the additional repairs were necessary. They even provided pictures showing exactly what needed to be replaced, which made everything very clear and gave me peace of mind.

The service was fast and efficient. I called ahead and made an appointment, and they were able to get my car taken care of the same day, even with the additional work that needed to be done.

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. My family and I have been coming to this location for a while, and I’ve always had a positive experience, but today’s visit was especially great.

“If I could give 10 stars I would! My Daughter got a flat and she has an odd size tire. Called this shop up they had the tire in stock. Drove up they took her tire got a new one on and we drove out! It was the quickest most efficient way I have ever had tire serviced!! 15 minutes at most. I also appreciate they were open on a Sunday. So I brought my boat and trailer in because it was time to get the trailer’s bearings cleaned and repacked. Not only did the First Stop Team take care of my request, they:

> Did the work in about two hours (for a dual axle trailer, 4 sets of bearings total!)
> Went above and beyond and applied grease to other areas without me asking
> Did all this work at an incredibly reasonable rate
