Eidris was very helpful and understanding with the issues that my wife was having with her phone. He really took his time to properly troubleshoot the issue. As the store became busier, Shaz the store manager started to help us while Eidris went to help another customer. Shaz was also very helpful. Our issue seemed complex so he helped us get on the phone with apple to further troubleshoot the issue. As soon as Shaz got a better understanding of our issue he was actually able to resolve it himself very quickly. Turns out att automatically restricted some settings due to my wife traveling internationally. Both of these guys were super helpful and I feel they went above and beyond to help us get our issue resolved. I would definitely reach out to them again if I ever have any issues.
