“Came across 360 auto repair for a oil change and I was impressed by the speed of service they quickly were able to get my oil change done and were able to replace and air filter quickly, since they had a large supply on hand. I was sitting comfortably in the waiting area with comfortable couches with air conditioning and water. Since I’ve been frequently visiting for oil changes my cars have been all maintained here which are all Japanese, European and British including my Range Rover which had a cooling system overhaul along with air suspension repair these cars can be very finicky and pain to work on but they took exceptional care while doing the work. Overall they have keen eye when inspecting vehicles such as suspension, bakes, engine, alignment tune ups etc. They offer fair pricing and alternatives if needed, they offer quality work with efficiency they run a tight ship this is the only place I would take my vehicles for 360 care!”

I totally recommend to do the business there because with our experiences today from 2 places that most of their comments is about the battery that corroded and the converter because the problem of our car is a rotten egg smell,we're not satisfied because the car is running good, everything is good, to make it short when we were in Big O they discovered that the problem was ... a Lamb Chop that fell out from the shopping bag that I thought that I forgot to pick up the other bag with egg when I did my grocery shopping. It was hiding underneath the seat.How about that?
I will say that they are very honest and worked with all their hearts without trying to sell stuff and made us feel to go back if we need so.ething for the car.They have everything if we need.

I brought these guys something different, and they did not disappoint!
I asked Nextdoor who could install suspension upgrades, and the community sent me here.
They were correct ✅
This was a big project. It took several days.
They installed:
Koni “special active” shocks and struts, with Eibach Prokit springs (1” lowering), Jacking Rails, and most of the Steeda suspension catalog, including stop the hop kit—ultimate handling, front and rear sway bars, camber plates, front control arms, bumpsteer kit, and the Gtrac underbody frame brace.
The car rides on rails now. All the tricky Mustang rear end IRS garbage is gone.
The car can handle just over 1G in a turn now, while the active shocks mellow out our bumpy roads.
I’m very happy with them.
They did an excellent job.
Their labor costs are some the most affordable, in the city, for this kind of work, and their attention to detail was remarkable.
Could not recommend more.”

“I never post reviews but today the service was amazing. I had the oil changed, the tires rotated and some sensors changed on the tire monitoring system. I had explained that I was recovering from a broken hip/partial hip replacement and hoped the service could be completed within the hour. After 40 minutes, they said my car was ready.”
“I had a cracked rim. I spent the entire morning calling and driving around to places to get it fixed. One of those places referred me to the Auto Center Tire Shop. I was very leery because I had been to many places that morning that couldn’t help me. The guys at the Auto Center Tire Shop were amazing! They fixed my rim, it took a little over an hour and the cost to fix it was good! I am so thankful I found them!

“Today I went to Firestone to get some work done on my car, and I had a great experience. I went in knowing I needed an oil change, but I had some additional questions and concerns. The team was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly.
I was a little nervous about being upsold, especially since I ended up needing more work than I originally expected, but they made sure I understood that the additional repairs were necessary. They even provided pictures showing exactly what needed to be replaced, which made everything very clear and gave me peace of mind.
The service was fast and efficient. I called ahead and made an appointment, and they were able to get my car taken care of the same day, even with the additional work that needed to be done.
I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. My family and I have been coming to this location for a while, and I’ve always had a positive experience, but today’s visit was especially great.

“If I could give 10 stars I would! My Daughter got a flat and she has an odd size tire. Called this shop up they had the tire in stock. Drove up they took her tire got a new one on and we drove out! It was the quickest most efficient way I have ever had tire serviced!! 15 minutes at most. I also appreciate they were open on a Sunday. Sucks to get a flat on the side of the road but was so happy with the service they gave us! Thank you so much!”

“I'm an Oakley native and have frequented Cutino's for decades for various things, like spring chicks, animal feed, and occasionally tires. My partner ended up getting two screws in two different tires this week on his car, so he took it to Firestone on Lone Tree to get them fixed since that's where he purchased the tires originally. After waiting around for an hour and a half, they told him one screw was too close to the side wall and the other one couldn't be repaired for whatever reason, and recommended getting two new tires. The thing is, these tires only have 15k miles on them! Firestone stated they were NOT repairable. I was shocked - so today I took the car to Cutino's in Oakley. They fixed both tires for $35 each. I feel validated now at how much I questioned Firestone. The difference between a corporate owned shop and a family owned business is EVERYTHING!!!! Don't take you car anywhere else for this type of service. Thank you Cutino's!!!!”
