Walgreens Pharmacy is currently unorganized and busy, especially after Rite‑Aid closing, with many new customers. Customers are advised to call before sending Rx’s to check stock and fill time, which can save time and avoid back and forth with the pharmacy Tech. Some customers report a very busy line and out of control wait times. One assistant manager helped a customer feel special, making a difference. Another customer received best customer service from a very nice lady who helped find items. The pharmacy offers services but can be hectic.
The pharmacy right now to me is unorganized. I feel with Rite-Aid closing there are a lot a new customers for Walgreens. So I'll give it some time and see how it goes.
