“Went in for gas and chips and I gotta say I was super impressed with the customer service from the gentleman and lady working this evening (2/2/24 @ 9:30pm for schedule reference) They were super friendly and personable. They also helped us pick out some chips and dip for my son and he was thrilled. I'm sure most of their customers are just in and out getting gas and necessities and don't pay the cashiers no mind but these guys were fantastic! Give them a raise cuz u just gained a life time customer. I'll only fill up here from now on! Excellent job to both of them. You should be proud to have them on your team.”

Will be back if your getting the carwash, make sure you press Soft Touch, not touch free, you have a time limit to decide; if you don't, it will timeout and automatically choose touch free and that means the brushes won't touch your car, just the water and soap and detergents will. Personally I prefer the brushes to touch your car. It cleans your car better”

“I frequent this gas station and mart due to close proximity to my house and good gas prices. I stop here before work to get coffee and occasionally grab a hot breakfast sandwich. I love their variety of different drinks, snacks, etc. I stopped this morning on the way for my usual. The woman behind the counter is def my fav employee. Always personable and more than pleasant. Unfortunately, I ended up with the the longest, curliest, hair cooked all throughout my sausage sandwich. I attempted to call the store first to let them know... but, the phone number isn't direct.”

“I’ve gone here for 20+ years, and have always been greeted kindly by the staff who has been here for years. Most staff has been great! EXCEPT for the the possum employee Marty, who likes to throw herself at married and rando men in the whole downtown neighborhood, and give free stuff to get attention and whatever else she can give or get. The store should watch her very closely, because everything from snacks to alcohol is being given away for free, including her foul self, for whomever wants possum action. She also shows up drunk because she knows where to get free alcohol from other bars, pubs, and shops, by throwing herself at men and hanging around like an alley cat until she’s told to leave, and even then, she stays until she’s ordered to leave, and then acts upset. This employee is a liability to the Chevron business, and the very family-oriented community.”

“A quick grab and go spot for my supplements. I came here for some Genius Mushrooms last time and today I was on the search for some electrolytes. I usually get the lemon flavored Liquid IV, but I decided to try out the ones from Prime since they were on sale. I tried the lemonade flavored Prime today and it was pretty good. It's definitely a lot sweeter than Liquid IV and doesn't have a salty taste to it.”

“Here it goes, went in to pay for gas and a car wash using "cash." Simple enough. Cashier had trouble ringing up the car wash, trouble with giving me my correct change, failure to give me a receipt, left to get a beverage while I was awaiting on my change back. Eventually, got the gas, and saw change was due back to me. Went in to the same cashier who gave me some change. Went back to car, looked at the receipt, I was owed back more. Went back in, cashier apologized gave me correct change. Went back to car did some math felt I was still shorted. Tried to calmly talk to cashier and apologize for all the back and forth I was doing, but I value every cent of mine and wanted to make sure I was given my correct change. Cashier instead had the audacity to get pissed with me for asking about MY MONEY. No worries. Contacted manager who's name is Tina and explained what happened. Tina from the start was extremely professional, courteous, and reviewed the footage. I in fact did receive the correct change back (total of 3-4 times) but the cashier couldn't calmly explain that to me who's fault it was from the time I came up to the counter. Sorry, thought the cashier was on drugs trying to steal a few dollars from me and I needed clarification. Chevron is lucky to have a manager such as Tina, she was great and my concerns were addressed. So thank you Tina! You went the extra mile :)”

“I go to this location specifically for the amazing woman in cosmetics. She's been there for as long as I can remember. She's nice, always working on her department and she knows about the products! I don't get that kind of service at Ulta. I didn't give 5 stars only because the shelves are so empty from all of the shoplifting. Maybe a security guard would help.”

“I'm only writing about my own experience at this Walgreens. I read many horrific reviews about the pharmacy here, but my experience was quite different. First the store: all the associates who work the registers & photo department couldn't be nicer. My digital photo printouts were literally ready less than 15 minutes after I've submitted the order. Everything in the isles are nicely stocked & faced. I really appreciate this location. Now the pharmacy: there were about 3 technicians & 2 pharmacists when I got in line. All the techs were very polite & courteous. I requested a transfer of my prescription due to my regular pharmacy did not have the drug in stock. I was informed that the whole process will take about 30 to 60 minutes. I was told I'll get a call or a text when ready. Unfortunately it took longer than 60 minutes but for no fault of Walgreens because my regular pharmacy was very busy too. After calling Walgreens to ask if they could call my pharmacy again to request the transfer, they happily obliged. I got a call in about 15 minutes saying that it'll be ready in 15 minutes. So I drive there after 15 minutes & was told that they are still working on it but it'll be ready momentarily. So by this time there was only 1 pharmacist & 2 technicians left to do everything including the drive-thru pickup. Needless to say they were very very busy. After waiting about 5-10 minutes my order was finally ready. The very nice technician apologized & explained to me that it was my insurance company that caused the delay. They needed to find the correct diagnosis code to submit for coverage. Well, I am very appreciative that they took the time to make sure my copay was $0 instead of having to pay out of pocket unnecessarily. So terrific job Walgreens. I know the pharmacy business is a very tough one to navigate with all the insurance hoops you must navigate thru & the horrific labor practices from corporate management. So my hats off to you all. Bravo!!!”
