During my first visit, I was advised to order the part myself, which I appreciate as it saved me more than $400 dollars. Not only did they efficiently replace my tail light and pop the bumper back out, but they went above and beyond in their customer care. When it came to check out, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the $29 labor charge would be covered by the shop. It truly made my day. “They did an amazing job! Someone rear ended my Tesla last month and did quite a bit of damage. Any time I look for a services I always do my research and check the reviews and I saw that this place had quite a bit of good feedback, so I decided to take my car here, and I'm really glad I did. My insurance adjuster wasn't really the best with communicating some of the details with me, the repair, and car rental place, but Go auto was so accommodating, they were consistent, great at communicating updates on my car, accommodating me when my rental car policy expired. And when I got my car back it looked good as new. I also gave them my car when it was on low battery and they even charged it for me and made sure everything was clean. This is and will always be where I go to get my car repaired from now on.”

“Thoroughly impressed from start to finish! After a collision my car needed a rear bumper replacement. Kevin told me to come in at my convenience for an estimate, which to me meant ASAP. Once the part had arrived I was once again told to come at my earliest convenience--again to me ASAP. Lo and behold, the job was going to be done the same day, I was able to pick the car up later the same afternoon and wouldn't have to face the prospect of taking my daughter on the bus to school the next day. After getting into a fender bender that broke a headlight, my nearly 20-year old car was driving fine but I was worried that repairs would cost more than the car was supposedly worth. “Paul and his team did an amazing job with our SUV. They literally took out the entire interior, sanitized using enzyme and ozone over multiple days. They also cleaned the engine compartment, and cleaned the drain lines around the sunroof that were blocked. Additionally, the team took care of rust and spray painted some troublesome parts. When everything was back together, it looked like new. Paul was very communicative throughout the entire process and kept detailed notes of the work they did. I got rear ended and was very unhappy with the repairs that were done at a different body shop because the trunk of my car was still misaligned and the other shop said they couldn't do anything to fix it. The SF Audi service center recommended that I reach out to Danny and I'm so glad that I did. They were able to fix the alignment on my trunk quickly and free of charge! I will definitely be coming back if I ever need a body shop again in the future.”

“I've used Bryant Bay Area auto body for 3 occasions - rear bumper damage for my bmw m6, front bumper and full headlight replacement for my bmw m850 and a separate incident for full front bumper and left fender replacement. On each occasion Louie and Ian were incredibly professional, approachable, prompt with their quotes, transparent, and communicative. They were easily accessible over email or text throughout the process including sending pictures during the work to keep me up to speed. From a pricing perspective, while either the other party or insurance covered each incident, the final price was within the range they estimated and was reasonable vs. other shops. For the bmw m6 rear bumper damage they got the job done in 1/4 the cost of another shop nearby that also specialized in BMWs Overall I highly recommend Louie and Ian for anyone looking for a couple of nice and honest guys you can trust your luxury car with.”
“Once again, Will's auto body shop came through with flying colors. There was something under my car near the bumper that was scraping the ground when I drive. Took my car to Will's not having any clue how much time and money this would cost me... It took about 20 minutes and didn't cost me a dime. Romeo came out, looked at it, and was honest about his opinion. He quickly got under the car and fixed the problem. DIDN'T CHARGE ME A PENNY! I tried to pay and he refused. “I stopped in to ask a question about replacing the grille on my 2015 BMW as it had come with the 3 colored grille stripes which I didn't like. I had purchased new black ones and wanted them switched out. Dennis looked at my colored striped grille and said that the colors were just pop-off covers which I wasn't aware. He popped them off and didn't charge me anything for that. I thought it would be a whole production. He was very pleasant and professional, and I am very pleased with his level of customer service. I will definitely be back to see him when the occasion rises.”

“Uciel and brothers are the best at car body repair and restoration. I have a 1977 Mercedes 240D and a 1987 Mercedes 300 SDL that have had fabulous rust removal, and dent repair. They even took the hood off and repaired and painted not only the top of the hood, but the underneath side of the hood, as well! Not to mention cleaning up the rusty hinges.I cannot say enough good things about their work, and reasonable pricing!!!”
