“I had the great pleasure of being referred yesterday to DF Auto Collision. They came highly recommended from somebody who had been recommended by somebody else I know. My drivers car door would not close apparently all the screws on the door latch all fell out and the door latching mechanism fell down inside the door. My car was not drive able. I talked to Dennis the owner and he said bring it right over. So I Had my car towed to them. Literally in less than 2 hours they fixed my door. Charlie who worked on it and was a delight to work with. Both Dennis, the owner and Antonio the Manager came to the waiting room greeted me and chatted with me like I had been a long time customer. They made me feel so welcomed. They were kind and friendly and helpful and the price they charged me was way more than fair and reasonable. Such a nice honest group of people at this shop. I would highly recommend them for auto body and general repair work. Such a fantastic experience. I won't go anywhere else. I spoke to several people in the waiting room, and they all felt the same way. This is a great shop that does great work and has honest, fair people running the business.”

“Ricardo and his team are THE best!! Our a/c and heat on our car went out in the middle of a blizzard on a Sunday. Pacific was the only place around open on a late Sunday night when we got back into the city so we swung by, and Ricardo and his team went above and beyond to get us back in action as soon as possible and without unnecessary expenses and replacement parts. He showed me every step of the process and explained to me what to look for next time so I would know when to bring the car back and what parts to get ahead of time. Truly exceptional people! “This body shop has two locations. One in Novato one in South San Francisco. We had some work done at the Novato shop. They did a great job but when we picked up the car, the AC did not seem to be working as well as it should. We live much closer to the location in south SF so when we contacted the body shop about our issue, they immediately set us up with an appointment in the South San Francisco location. When we arrived, they immediately did diagnostics on the car, topped off the freon and we were back on the road within an hour. These guys are honest, take responsibility, and get the job done. Highly recommended.”
