“Joel from A-OK Power Equipment was FANTASTIC. U-Haul as a company, messed with my advanced trailer reservation: changed my pick-up location as well as my drop-off, sending me to a location that was closed. I drove to A-OK, an authorized drop-off while on hold with U-Haul schedule.
Joel accepted the return and was the nicest guy. Made my morning as I have a long drive ahead of me. U-Haul on the other hand? Terrible customer service. Just terrible. No compassion, no understanding of the extra distances in driving to accommodate their end.
