“I can't say enough positive things about my experience buying a car at Rio Vista Chevy Buellton. I worked with Daisy and from beginning to end no pressure, easy peazy. But the over the top best part is 3 months later I had a small issue with the key fob and texted Daisy at 7pm to forward the info to the service department. and she texted me back right then and set up an appointment for me to get it fixed!I found that everyone I talked with at the Dealership has been pleasant and helpful. I don't have to use Rio Vista for service as I live over 35 miles away and could go to any Chevy dealer but I choose to use them because their service and response and been so good.”

“For warrantee and service work we have, over the years, taken our 2012 Ford E-350 Super Duty Econoline based camper van to our local Buellton Ford dealer, Vreeland Ford, to accomplish. Recently the driver side rear wheel would get "too hot to touch" after driving at 65 mile per hour. We took the van to our local "go to" Ford fixer dealer. On 12 May 2022 the Service Department accepted our van; for them to find the reason for the problem and put the cost of that toward the actual repair. Since the van was there, we added an engine oil change and their multipoint inspection to the service order. After two days of not hearing anything, we called the Service Department and find that they decided that they could not work on our van because it was a camper; with tanks and things hanging off the bottom of the van. Nothing had been done. Not even the oil change. Words that we never expected to hear from our "can do" Ford dealer. As mentioned, this same van has had warrantee work and service performed over the past years at the local Vreeland Ford dealer and there was not word one about it being a camper; and that being a problem for them. And it was the same camper van that we brought to our local Vreeland Ford dealer to fix this time. This was a lonely feeling; Ford could not fix our Ford van. Fortunately, a local auto repair shop could. Valley Automotive, 1.3 road miles from Vreeland Ford, took apart our vehicle's suspect parts without any whining and gave us great explanations about what they found. They repaired our Econoline Van without one word about it being a camper; or that being a camper was a problem. It looks like Ford Service told us an untruth about the camper being a problem; or they did not know how to fix our Ford. Thank You Very Much Jim, Mark, and Paul - Chuck & Vickie Sorensen”

“I have a 1995 Ford E350 7.3 liter diesel that was running rough. JD was able to get me in immediately. He found and fixed the problem as well as a couple of others he noticed while addressing the initial problem. He was very informative about what he was replacing and why. My van is now running great and the other parts he replaced (2 idler pulleys) eliminated the serpentine belt squeak.(Just my luck) - Two days later I blew out a return fuel line. Again, just like I stated above, JD got my van in and addressed the problem and I was back up and running in no time! He took the time to show me the part and how it failed. Good honest mechanics are hard to find these days and JD is one of them. Thanks, Green Coast!!!”

“I've been taking my Bambi exclusively here for all my issues and, honestly, I've had mixed experiences in the past. However, this last time I took it in, I noticed a few things had changed and I soon learned that they had recently come under new management. The new Parts and Service Manager Barry and his crew (Zach and Morgan) did their best to be sure that I was satisfied with their work and I really felt that they appreciated my business. The service man Luis was able to fix the problem that wasn't done properly the last time and Zack did a great job listening to my concerns and making sure I didn't pay for something that I had previously paid for and wasn't done correctly. I feel very fortunate to have these guys here on the central coast. I highly recommend them! Some very cool people!”

“Great order and sales experience - Ford is to blame for delays, not the local dealers. The local dealers might overcharge you though, which Jim Vreeland did not. I called a handful of dealers last Sep ('22) to place a Maverick order - only Jim Vreeland would take my order with $0 over MSRP. Well worth the short drive. Tyson was great to work with on my order and getting my Mav. No BS, no markup or any upsells. Easy in and out on the pickup day - very easy to deal with the paperwork too. Definitely the best new car experience we've had - small, local dealers are much better (we've driven hours for the best prices before, but with MSRP + $0 on orders standard now, this was the way to go)”
