“I have brought my 2013 Prius for maintenance many times. I was do for the 110K service. Buellton Garage does not hard sell the customer, which I really appreciate. The service rep simply goes over what the mechanic has discovered, lets the customer know if it’s crucial or not crucial to get the work done now. The customer makes the decision. Photos of faulty parts are sent to substantiate the work that should de done. I bought two tires, which were very competitively priced! I will only bring my car to Buellton Garage!”
“An honest and great mechanic. My experience here was perfect. They gave me a fair estimate for quite a few repair and maintenance jobs. The communication was so clear, upfront and honest that I decided to let them do everything they thought my car needed. There were even a couple incidental repairs / replacement parts (thru no fault of their own, my car definitely has some corrosion coming from a cold winter city) that needed to be done along the way and they took care of me. The turn around time was quick and when it needed to come back for something incidental they made it a priority. The staff up at the counter are very nice and knowledgeable and they always got back to me with info and updates.”

“I recently took my car to Kaizen (Buellton) after a recommendation from my insurance company. Their customer service and communication is excellent.
Curtis (manager), Pablo, and Sheleen were in constant contact with me throughout the process. I dropped it off Monday and got it back Thursday! Somehow they were able to diagnose, order parts, replace the damaged parts, calibrate the sensors, and wash the car in only 3 days! They also went above and beyond by driving me to work when I dropped the car off, and then delivering the car to me when it was repaired! I can't guarantee that those services are always included, but it was very meaningful and helpful to my tight schedule. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They earned a customer for life!”

“This is the place of you have a diesel car or truck.
My son had his crappie cp4 fuel pump replaced n his Silvardo 2500 with a MUCH better cp3 fuel pump. The first pump used was defective, but they stuck with it and figured out the problem. They replaced it with a second cp3, and all is good. Those fuel pump replacements are not easy, but they did a great job. They know their stuff and handle most of the diesel work in the area. Great mechanics!!!!”

“I have a 1995 Ford E350 7.3 liter diesel that was running rough. JD was able to get me in immediately. He found and fixed the problem as well as a couple of others he noticed while addressing the initial problem. He was very informative about what he was replacing and why. My van is now running great and the other parts he replaced (2 idler pulleys) eliminated the serpentine belt squeak.(Just my luck) - Two days later I blew out a return fuel line. Again, just like I stated above, JD got my van in and addressed the problem and I was back up and running in no time! He took the time to show me the part and how it failed. Good honest mechanics are hard to find these days and JD is one of them. Thanks, Green Coast!!!”
