“I was treated at the La Habra office over the weekend for a flu/respiratory symptoms. They quickly checked me in and ran all of their tests. It was determined I had a pneumonia and they quickly prescribed some antibiotics to begin my road to recovery. Kelby and the staff were great and have continued to follow up with me multiple times to check on me. Will continue to be a client!”

I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. “This urgent care is amazing. They are the only urgent care that actually answers their phone when you call, everyone who works in that office is very professional and helpful. Even without insurance, this place was the most affordable urgent care around, they are very upfront with their pricing and explain everything and treat you like a person not just another number. We were seen by Stephanie Yeh she was very professional and just all around amazing. I hope I’m not getting his name wrong, but I think the guy who came in to give us to help was named Alex amazing guy as well, and the front desk staff is also super amazing. He really took the time to get to know me, my medical history, etc. However, the physician's assistant seemed to be a bit inexperienced, especially when it came to drawing blood. She kept poking me all across the arm and this portion of my visit was generally an unpleasant experience.”

I have a long list of serious medical issues that I see a few specialized doctors for so when I first came in a decade ago, he took the time with me to carefully go through each one to fully understand my treatment to manage me. He literally saved my life. I’m feeling healthier than I’ve ever been in my life and I’m so thankful that I even recommended him to my entire family. He now also takes care of my newborn nephew and my 95 year old grandmother. His attention to detail and patient-first approach makes a huge difference.
Also, his employees Stephanie and Maria are some of the most caring healthcare workers that have ever helped me.

“Ive been going to this office for over 20 years; even before Optum bought the practice. There were some corporate/management bumps that had to get worked out but I loved my care providers so much, I didnt leave. They seem to have worked them out now.
My health care providers there literally saved my life. I ended up having cardiac surgery and Im doing great. I feel listened to, understood, and they are very compassionate.”

This building has a lot of different offices.
I go to Suite 200. In that suite, it is very big with plenty of seating area. However there are no drinking water in the waiting area. So bring your own water bottle.
Only thing is if your appointment is at a certain time, they make you come 15 min earlier to check in.
Also, your appointment time isn’t exactly when they call you. You’re going to still be waiting longer for them to call you. And then you’re gonna wait more time for the doctor to see you.
Restrooms out the office around the corner.”

I’ve had many illnesses that were treated by so-called specialists and on several occasions my recovery was not promising, but Dr. Z became my advocate with those Know-it-alls and helped to bring about my recuperation. I am so grateful for the never rushed & caring treatment I’ve received from him. He’s retiring soon and I am truly afraid and concerned for my future care.
