“I want to give a shout out to Isabel and Mike for great customer service.Isabel was so helpful and was so understanding when I decided to change my mind about the color of my refrigerator that i had previously ordered in black and wanted it in white instead and after speaking to her over the phone about it Isabel went above and beyond to make sure I got the color I really wanted and saved me some money as well. She has great customer service and kept me updated with all the information I needed to know. Thank you Isabel for making me feel important and taking care of all my needs. Also a shout out to the delivery driver Edgar he was so professional and respectful and did a good job of carefully taking my refrigerator up to the second floor of my condo and hauling away my old refrigerator. “We were exploring some new couches online with Bob's and my husband found some really good deals. Then he found one that was actually located in the store at Long Beach so we decided to go check it out.
I was a bit nervous after seeing some reviews, but when we walked in, we were greeted, but nobody was too pushy. We wandered around the showfloor & then we went into the outlet section, which is more like the discounted open box section, and we fell in love with basically the first couch that we saw. An employee named Ben helped us out a LOT and answered all our questions and was very friendly. Shout out to Ben!!! Altho many people on the floor were willing to help.
Altho Ben offered us the Bob's delivery, we chose to shop around for other options. Everything came without a hitch. Definitely would come back to order more furniture here. The prices cant be beat!
They even have snacks and clean bathrooms!”

“I was looking for a couch that would fit our needs and not leave my wallet crying. I found Tempo on Offer Up and called to find out they have two locations. We visited one shop and found the right couch for us, but unfortunately only the display model was there. However, they were kind and accommodating and called up the other location to have them wrap the couch and have it ready for us to pick up that night even though it was about to be closing time. We got our couch that night and it has been perfect for us. This place has a lot to offer aside from couches, a great selection at reasonable prices.”

She did a great job showing me figure out what I liked. She answered all my questions and had patience. I am adding this review because delivery was fast and the experience was great. “Highly recommend this family owned business providing excellent customer service and great prices without aggressive sales tactics or upselling! I stopped by with my mom, a few minutes before they closed. They allowed us to browse at our leisure. Respectfully directed their questions to my elderly disability mom, the customer, instead of me. Patiently communicating with her via her written responses because of her speech disability. Asked what she was looking for and ultimately helped her decide between a more expensive vs less expensive option, recommending the least expensive one!! They provided delivery in days and went way above and beyond for delivery and set up. One of the owners accompanied the delivery guys and offered to help my mom with other heavy things that needed to be moved. He made sure she understood how to use the bed controls. He genuinely complemented her art work and landscaping, and he insisted I contact him if my mom had any problems with the bed. The husband and wife owners treated my mom like a precious family member. I get the sense that’s how they do business for all. Don’t use a big box bed & mattress store. This business has better prices and deserves our business. Customer service is not dead, it’s just harder to find.”

“Furniture is affordable delivery and assembly is affordable as well...My issue is the delivery...I was told my Furniture will be delivered Wednesday afternoon...The delivery guys didn't get to my home until midnight...very much late...Delivery driver communication can be better...”
