When I needed the money, they put me on a payment plan that was very easy and simple and I do not recommend anywhere else because I did the footwork and many ones out there are terrible.
And most of all stay away from the pawnshop next-door the old guy has a horrible attitude, and he will make you feel stereotyped and judged.”
“imperial Jewelry & Loan is the most honest and legitimate pawn shop I have ever worked with. very professional customer service, honest and fair. they test gold with a modern tester that does not need for all that scraping and solution on a plate. great way to pawn your items with out having to worry of getting them damaged when checked for purity. what won me over about this establishment is the fact that they text you well in advance to remind you of your pending ticket so that you will not lose access to your pawned belongings. if your goal is to simply visit to shop their inventory they have a great selection of designer woman's handbags, curated sought after electronics, great power tools, watches, sunglasses, and just all around good finds at good prices. “I just left this pawnshop and I had the most incredible experience. The jewelry selection is great with prices as love as $49.99 for solid gold. I ended up purchasing a 14k 3 heart ring with 3 diamond centers for under $200. Peter was so sweet and even cleaned some of the jewelry I was wearing at no additional cost. I would highly recommend shopping here for amazing customer service! I will def be checking back regularly for new inventory!”

I have bought several guitars there, and I hope to buy another, pricier model before long. Other, bigger, glitzier stores (you know who I mean) did not have time to help me or even show me prices. Golden State gives me all the data and time I need every time.
I also had a guitar worked on at Golden State with fabulous results at an unbeatable price.

“I have been to this shop and the 2 attached stores as well, for decades. I am almost 50 but have gone there since my 20s for selling coins and pawning jewelry to buying rolls of state quarters and all baseball card collecting merchandise. I knew the former owner and he had custom made jewelry GORGEOUS PIECES in the front display case and I swore one day I'd own one. What I love about this place is their knowledge and expertise at jewelry repair. I've had several pieces fixed and they are fair and polite and have always been kind and accommodating. I have never been disappointed. The custom 850$ ring I bought my daughter now wears and it's a 16 diamond and lab created alexandrite and still stunning as the day I bought it. Compared to the 18k gold with a 3ct peridot for 350$ in China town the alexandrite has stood the test of time. My daughter has had the ring since age 12 she's 22 now and I bought it before my son who would be 25 now had he survived leukemia however my peridot stone ring well the setting can't maintain holding the stone in. My only wish is that this store was open longer hours 7 days a week. I LOVE THIS STORE! highly informed people that let you browse at your comfort anything worth having for value over time...THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO FIND IT! If they don't have it they will make it they are OUTSTANDING!”
