“My 14-yr old Bella just had her shot at Vetco today 7/9/26 and it was excellent. Customer service though at the register was not. Alejandro asked for my phone # and entered it since it was not on the system. I was paying but entered a wrong # on the PIN and it said declined. He said there was no money on the card. How rude! He just assumed that there was no money and did it again and was approved. That's why I only shop online since I don't want to deal with rude people especially the customer service. Do some training please. Thank you.”
“Angie took care of our pup’s first grooming experience! Our baby is a 97lb German Shepard and he’s an anxious pup and especially vocal when near other dogs. We were super surprised to hear that angie trimmed his nails since his vet had so much difficulty last time they said he has to sedated to trim his nails. We’re super satisfied with the service. Highly recommend!”
