You guys don’t even deserve one star from me.
This particular PetSmart grooming is Supercuts for dogs.
Point blank.
At least at Supercuts we know better than to go in asking for a fancy cut.
Not sure where the groomers get their training from but definitely need to retrain people before they go in scissor happy on other peoples fur babies.
My poodle looks horrible!
I have never seen her look this horrible after a groom.
What a waste of money, time and all her hair GONE.
Now I have to find her another place to fix the mess you guys did!
Patch work all over, uneven ears- and had the nerve to ask me to pay for this mess! I now have to go get her re-groomed properly which means I have to pay AGAIN for a botched job YOUR groomer did?
ugh!
I post this to warn other Poodle owners to beware. Your hard work on your fur babies HAIR is not worth this place, at all!

Horrible online appointment scheduling for grooming. I set an appointment a Monday for a bath and brush the package online states it comes with a sanitary grooming I got there and the said I had to set an appointment with a groomer. Set an appointment for the following Monday and I get a call Sunday saying they over booked and I have the option to set it for Tuesday or just cancel. It has started to become inconvenient for me to continue to move everything around when I already had it set for a week to get it done. Horrible appointment scheduling online and horrible customer service. What's the point of setting it online only to get a call the day before to be told to switch days or cancel. Never EVER using Petsmart in Buena Park for grooming!!

I have been going here for years , however this year everytime I went it was an amazing experience. I usually come in early morning to get my dogs groomed & I’m always greeted by these 3 workers who are always cleaning the store . I have never seen the store look and smell so clean, so kudos to them . They always are so kind to me & always help when my dog makes a mess on the floor . The groomers are also very sweet , I never had an issue with them & they keep my dogs looking well groomed.

This is a good store usually, but their manager, Jorge needs some more training. I had an online order return and had the return email but it did not contain a barcode. The clerk (she’s great btw), tried calling him over a few times for help and you can hear he was making excuses to not come until she finally said “Jorge, I still need you to come.” He slumped over without an introduction. My emails do not have a return barcode and he needed it for a return or else I would get merchandise credit. Even though I had all the emails, he told me to step aside and call customer service for a return label. (As a manager, shouldn’t this be your job to help or find out an answer?) after doing MY OWN research, I found out if you pay with PayPal for an online order, you can only get a merchandise card. Had I been told this by the manager, I would have blamed myself for not reading the terms and conditions and just got the gift card. Please reeducate your managers on return policies/online orders and I think a customer service class would be beneficial. As a manager myself, if someone had all documentation for a proper return and within the proper timeline, I would try to help resolve the issue or find out an answer rather than saying, oh tough luck, go call customer service and walking away with such a unhelpful attitude.

Love most of the people at the grooming salon they treat my dogs great usually but this girl named Evelyn just rather complain about a 14 year old sweet dog than do her job then why work there

I came to purchase a harness for my dog. The prices were not clear as to if all the harnesses were the same sales prise. I went to the cashier and asked and she said I don't know. I asked if someone could check the price and she did not do it in a nice way. She was bothered. Finally I decided to exchange the color of one of the harnesses I had purchased and went back to the same cashier and she was obviously upset. If you don't want to work and provide good customer service stay home. Cashier # 779307

If I could give a zero for customer service I would. I don't really shop anymore because the customer service everywhere is sub par. I ventured out today but sadly Ishouldn't have. I was at Petsmart on LaPalma in Buena Park around noon today 12/28. The associate at the register was very nice. She ran out of change and was unable to give me what I needed. She let me know that her manager was on his way to give me what was owed. The manager walked up with a bunch of money but didn't acknowledge my presence. Of course he didn't have on a name tag. I let him know I was waiting for my additional money. He had a lot of money in his hands so I assumed he was bringing the needed funds. He didn't acknowledge me but headed to the back. I waited at least 6 or 7 minutes. That doesn't seem long until your waiting for something. When he came back he refused to look at me and only talked with the sales associate. He asked her to count the money and then he counted the money. I waited until he was done counting, still with no acknowledgment, and let him know I needed the remaining money. He looked at me with a very distorted, red and sweaty face and yelled " I am counting!!". I am not sure what warranted that response but it was entirely unacceptable. I'm sure you don't care but I won't be shopping with Pesmart anymore. Not sure why you are hiring the people you are hiring but they are rude, entitled and disrespectful. Thank goodness for amazon. I hope you do a major over haul as the place was empty.
