I came to purchase a harness for my dog. The prices were not clear as to if all the harnesses were the same sales prise. I went to the cashier and asked and she said I don't know. I asked if someone could check the price and she did not do it in a nice way. She was bothered. Finally I decided to exchange the color of one of the harnesses I had purchased and went back to the same cashier and she was obviously upset. If you don't want to work and provide good customer service stay home. Cashier # 779307

If I could give a zero for customer service I would. I don't really shop anymore because the customer service everywhere is sub par. I ventured out today but sadly Ishouldn't have. I was at Petsmart on LaPalma in Buena Park around noon today 12/28. The associate at the register was very nice. She ran out of change and was unable to give me what I needed. She let me know that her manager was on his way to give me what was owed. The manager walked up with a bunch of money but didn't acknowledge my presence. Of course he didn't have on a name tag. I let him know I was waiting for my additional money. He had a lot of money in his hands so I assumed he was bringing the needed funds. He didn't acknowledge me but headed to the back. I waited at least 6 or 7 minutes. That doesn't seem long until your waiting for something. When he came back he refused to look at me and only talked with the sales associate. He asked her to count the money and then he counted the money. I waited until he was done counting, still with no acknowledgment, and let him know I needed the remaining money. He looked at me with a very distorted, red and sweaty face and yelled " I am counting!!". I am not sure what warranted that response but it was entirely unacceptable. I'm sure you don't care but I won't be shopping with Pesmart anymore. Not sure why you are hiring the people you are hiring but they are rude, entitled and disrespectful. Thank goodness for amazon. I hope you do a major over haul as the place was empty.

I've spent thousands of dollars over the years at this store, but I'm never spending another penny at this store...and a sales associate told me, "I'm okay with that." I spent nearly $200 on a Top Fin fish aquarium just last week. The Top Fin filter was super noisy from the beginning. However, we took the water sample to the store to have it tested and everything was good. Then, we added two fish. One died days later and the other fish continuously hid inside of an aquarium decorative piece. The water became increasingly cloudy. I returned to the store and told the cashier that the Top Fin filter was not working properly. Another salesperson overheard me and said, "I had the same problem with the Top Fin filter!" She asked me if I had purchased the filter as part of a kit, which I had. She walked me over to the shelf where they had other filters and pointed out her suggested replacement, which was nearly $70, but was out of stock. Instead, I said that all I was seeking was to get a replacement for the defective filter. I suggested that if there was a better filter available, I would be willing to pay the difference; however, even the Top Fin filters for my size tank would be okay if they would simply just give me an equivalent replacement. She said that they would not do that; all they could give me was 20% off of a new one. I needed a filter and I told her that there is NO WAY that this is fair. I said that i would pay for this $20 replacement but that I would NEVER give them any more of my business. She actually said, "What do you mean by that?!" I replied that there are plenty of other places to spend my money than PetSmart, such as Petco, Pet Supplies Plus, or online vendors. The smart aleck said, "I'm okay with that." Too dumb to realize that if the store doesn't have the business to pay the bills, including wages, they close down and all of the employees lose their jobs, even the incompetent, dumb, and rude ones. Bye bye!

I understand we can donate for others but stop pressuring people to donate. You don't know what other people are going through. I went today and I heard an employee pressuring someone else to donate. I felt uncomfortable because that person seen like they were pressured and ended up donating.

All the staff have been wonderful at Petsmart. Jorge truly helped us the most. In the past 6 months we have adopted a dog, a cat, and several fresh water fish. It's been so fun! We went several places to look at fish as well, and no one came close to helping us as much as Jorge and making all of it fun/less overwhelming. Most places just tried to sell us things and said all the fish got along. Jorge was very clear in which ones would do best together and what to get based off of what we were looking for. We asked a thousand questions and you can tell when someone knows what they are doing, and he did! I did not expect to feel confident leaving the store but we did as much as you could expect being new fish tank owners! We are so grateful to him and everyone there being with us being regulars at this point! Thank you so much!

This review is not for the people who work here but for the management in charge of aquarium. It seems bit cruel and they don't look comfortable. Could things be better for them.
