“Amazing customer service here! I had a package that was labeled as insufficient address due to the company that shipped my order put my address incorrectly. But I called in and Alicia helped solve it easily and quickly. I needed the package that day and she was able to contact the carrier, Sam, and he said that he could come back to my neighborhood after his deliveries for the day and bring it to me. Alicia was so communicative with me about my options and ways to manage this situation and Sam hand delivered my package to my door at night (it didn't fit in the mailbox) and it was raining. I appreciate this post office so much for getting everything done for me in such a timely manner and going above and beyond.”
“Went there for passport application. Was called in a few minutes before our scheduled time. Ryan was clear with his communication and efficient--he took the photograph soon after he photographed the customer before us--and then we waited in the lobby for our turn. We were done with our submission in 9 minutes. Of course, it helped that we had carried photocopies of the documents required, so he didn't have to spend time on that. Overall, great experience. This is the 3rd post office I have tried for passport services in the last 12 years. This is where I'll go in the future.”
“It's a very good post office, if there weren't so many people it's a 5 star post office. Nice, knowledgeable staff who always get my mail out where it needs when it needs to be out. Diligent about clearing out the drop boxes regularly, and good at giving tips.
But it's just so busy! You'd spend longer driving to any other post office than waiting in the line, sure, but it's a hassle if you need to stand in line.”
“Shout out to Michael at this location! I had about 150 wedding invites to send and really wanted them hand canceled to preserve the look of the envelope when it reaches our guests, and he was more than happy to hand cancel them for me. I was nervous this would be a huge ask, but he was so friendly. I’m so grateful! Definitely will be back.”

“Edited from 3 to 5 stars I don't know what happened, but this post office got way better from what it was last year. Nearly all my letter have been delivered from this place. Employees are helpful, just make sure you don't go in during busy hours and you should be in and out quick.”

“I had a great experience at the United States Postal Service location at 5762 Lincoln Ave, Cypress, CA 90630. The facility is clean, spacious, and very well organized. When I visited, it wasn’t busy at all, which made the whole process quick and smooth.

“I booked an appointment at another branch for passport service a month ago, but it was suddenly canceled via email around 6:00 AM on the very morning of my appointment.
I was so frustrated and stressed, but I decided to try a walk-in at this branch.
Thankfully, Ivette was super nice, professional, and made a wonderful impression. Thanks to her amazing customer service, everything went smoothly. She completely saved my day! Highly recommend this location. 🙏👍👏”

I had 2 packages that were missing- delivered to a different address and he was able to locate them and get them to me. Dan really went above and beyond and had a very friendly demeanor. Thank you so much. The packages might not have been very expensive but they were sentimental.”
“Good service. Kris helped us out as walk-ins for passports (we got lucky the office was not busy). He was courteous, walked us through the process and took our picture. We were done in a few minutes.
This office was clean and looked cared after. It was worth driving a few minutes out from Downey. If you need to do a passport walk in or schedule soon, go to this office they do walk-ins M-F, Downey does them only Thursdays. When I looked at the website this office had opened appointments with in 3 business days but Downey office was like 2 weeks out.”
“Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services.
Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable!
Assuredly cheaper than those other large commercial shippers too.”
“This U.S. Post Office location is usually not busy at all, which I really like. Overall, the service is great and the place is convenient. The only thing they could improve is customer attention at the front desk, because most of the time there’s no one there and you have to wait or ring the bell to get help. Other than that, everything is great.”
“I have always had a great experience at this post office. It can sometimes be a little busy but it is nice to be able to do a lot of self services here (letter drop offs, flat rate product pickup, etc ).The staff has always been very competent and helpful when I have needed anything.”

“Went in for passports for me and my kids. Right away they asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. Told me to stand aside and not wait in line. Then we got greeted by the best, Jeff. He was friendly and we got the best customer service ever. I was hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews but trust me it was not bad at all. The process was smooth and he was so kind to me and my kids. Definitely recommend!”

“The USPS at 10440 Beach Blvd, Stanton, CA 90680 deserves a solid 5 stars! The place is always clean, and the staff are very helpful and professional. This is where we processed our baby’s passport, and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. Highly recommended for excellent service and organization!”
“Yes, they do close for lunch from 12:30-1:30 and yes, that should be posted on this page in big block letters! People should be aware that this is a small local branch in Old Town, so yes, there is typically only one person at the counter (occasionally a worker in back). There’s a big main branch less than two miles up Seal Beach Blvd if you’re worried about lines during the holidays (or you’re like, driving). Otherwise for those of us who are just walking over to mail a package, access a box, or send something certified mail, this place is friendly, helpful, quick, and super convenient.”
“went there two times at 12:45ish. the first time was no problem, the second time the employee was on an hour long lunch break so I had to go to another post office. not sure if this happens frequently but you may need to call to see if anyone is there during lunch time.”

She was so kind ..so awesome and I was literally out of there in like 20 minutes… It was my first time for the passport process and she made it so smooth. Definitely recommend this place for anything and everything post related.!!”
“I am a huge advocate for the USPS, especially now since younger people don't understand the difference between the USPS and UPS. The people who work here are nice and know me as a regular. And they usually have the newest books of stamps on offer so I always get mine there.”
