“Amazing customer service here! I had a package that was labeled as insufficient address due to the company that shipped my order put my address incorrectly. But I called in and Alicia helped solve it easily and quickly. I needed the package that day and she was able to contact the carrier, Sam, and he said that he could come back to my neighborhood after his deliveries for the day and bring it to me. Alicia was so communicative with me about my options and ways to manage this situation and Sam hand delivered my package to my door at night (it didn't fit in the mailbox) and it was raining.
