Superior Grocers is a clean and friendly store with wide, uncluttered aisles. The staff have excellent people skills and go above and beyond, making customers feel valued. The store offers yummy Mexican breads and hot foods. The meat department looks good, and the fish and shrimp look good as well. While some find reasonable deals, prices are generally considered high and choices can feel limited compared to other Latin supermarkets. The quality is seen by some as a little less than competitors, and the deli section is decent. Overall, it is a store that will do in a pinch for unique finds, but high prices are noted.
Superior is my go-to market, they have fresh produce, a bakery with an assortment of baked goods. I especially like their meat department with a variety of fresh cut meats. The marinated chicken is great for grilling! If you need last minute family meals they have that too. Great store to shop for all your needs.
