I finally received an e-mail from them today stating that I would be receiving a partial refund. My request via e-mail to them to have the refund changed to a store credit obviously has been disregarded. I will accept the refund and purchase my ink cartridges from else where in the future. I would have even appreciated a response telling me why they couldn't do a store credit and had to refund me but nothing of the sort happened. very frustrating experience dealing with this company.

Stay away! Their so-called replacement ink cartridges are garbage. They leak at times, causing a mess. I purchased two HP 63 cartridges from them in June. When I recently ran out of ink on my printer, I used a 1 Ink cartridge (black XL), which was sealed in a plastic bag. I took all the necessary steps to align the printer, etc. The copies from this cartridge were streaky and in some places on the document, completely illegible. I tried to clean the printing heads and re-aligning the page on the printer. Nothing worked. I had the same result. = I inserted the second "new" unsealed cartridge and had the same result. I then purchased HP cartridges, which worked perfectly. I contacted 1 Ink which is a challenge. Their voice prompts are useless as our their phone agents. They have voice prompts and they advise you to send an email! They said they only guarantee their cartridges for 180 days. Admittedly, I was over the limit, but I asked them for replacements or at least a small credit for the two new cartridges. They refused. Their so-called customer service is an oxymoron. They don't know the meaning of service. I strongly recommend you purchase ink elsewhere. Their product and service warrant a minus zero, but Yelp doesn't allow us to enter that. Trouble customer service to deal with!! The cartridges I ordered did not work in my printer, it skipped printing I even sent them a copy of what it looked like, I sent them back for a refund. I understand if the ones that were used, they cannot refund me even though they were defective, but the other box of full cartridges they were not used or opened at all. Because I wrote on the box, the return authorization number. All they’re going to do is put them into another box and sell them to somebody else and make a profit and will not refund me my money. I went and bought HP cartridges and the printer prints perfectly. Adding to my previous review: My point to you, is you’re going to take the box i wrote on and repack the cartridges into another box and re-sell them. So if you’re going to keep my money, I want you to send back to me, the cartridges back that are supposedly good and don’t have a problem, including the unopened cartridges. Please ship them back to me.

I should have read the reviews before i bought cartridges for the company. Terrible customer service!!! They give you a phone number to call if you have questions. Call it and they tell you they only respond to emails. Email them and they tell you they are too busy to answer your email!!! I suggest you go with any other ink supplier, these folks don't care about customer service! Don't buy HP replacement cartridges from them, they don't work!!!!!!!

We are so upset. We have been buying from this company for a few years. We bought in bulk thinking that if a cartridge didn't work, they would replace it. Now they said we were pass our date and would do absolutely nothing to help us. As business owners, we would never imagine treating our customers like this. Do not buy from this company.... Awful... you will end up spending more money than saving and they just don't care.. and on top of that, you would think they would of treated a repeat customer better. Oh and on another note.. we bought 10 and out of 10 cartridges, 3 were completely bad, and the other 3 had very little color.

I am extremely disappointed with 1ink company. I purchased 4 cartridges - all colors (yellow, blue and magenta) and black in December, 2022. I've used 3 colors and the quality of the color is terrible. The other day it was time for me to replace HP black ink cartridge with 1Ink black cartridge. My printer does not recognize the chip and it would not allow me to use it because the message states "The indicated cartridges has been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non-HP chip. This printer is intended to work only with new or reused cartridges that have a new or reused HP chip. Replace the indicated cartridges to continue printing. For more information, go to www.hp.com/learn/ds". I called HP customer support and they said that clearly 1ink put the wrong chip or no good chip in the ink cartridge and it is not compatible with my printer - Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw. I emailed to 1Ink since they don't accept phone call (no wonder why) and got the response stating that I need to contact HP on this. I responded back and stated that I did contact HP and HP stated it may be the wrong chip or no good chip. I got no response from 1ink. I saw several messages in Yelp that the customers had the similar issue with 1ink like I have. I wouldn't purchase from 1ink ever again. Sadly, I will file with FTC and I feel that I've been cheated out by 1ink. Here I go.

Don't believe the 5 star review on their site! I decided to try their toners. Bought four. Magenta is the only one used so far. Very page printed is bleeding pink around the edges. I asked to return the ones I have not used and they will not accept because it's been 180 since I orginally bought. No money saved here with these cheap, worthless cartridges.

The folks at 1Ink really came through for me when I discovered that the toner I had purchased from them would not fit in the printer drums I had. Turned out that the after market drums were capitable but not with all toner cartridges. Roland at 1Ink worked with me to discover the issue and he graciously sent me all new toners that work with the drums I have. Many thanks to Roland and his crew at 1Ink for their awesome customer service.

Iv'e been buying ink cartridges from this company for several years, but recently the quality has gone down hill. They say they guarantee them for 6 months, but have had them for 2 months and hardly ever print, and the ink is dried up. Called customer service, and they basically said that's to bad. Will no longer buy from this company. Pay the extra money from Office Depot and get quality ink. I do not recommend them anymore.

I purchased 3 ink cartridges for my HP printer. They guaranteed they would work with a 100% customer satisfaction. After using a black cartridge which worked fine for a couple of months, it ceased to print even though showing half full. Just to see if it was the cartridge, I opened up the second black ink cartridge with the same results, no print. Apparently HP has a way of knowing you are not using their brand ink and can disable the printer. On reading the fine print, 1Ink.com claims it is not responsible if this happens. I returned all 3 cartridges at a shipping cost of $8.00 only to receive a refund for one cartridge. So much for the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

This company buys and sells our personal information from spammer lists, and then sends spam to us without our consent. Any company who does that should know that this will guarantee they are despised for it.

I am giving a 4 star review based on customer service with Raymond. The ink cartridges I ordered unfortunately did not work at all for my printer. I'm somewhat local so I drove to Burbank and spoke with Raymond in person. He gave other cartridges to fit my printer, which also did not work. In fact, my printer is now jammed and the ink tray does not slide so I can't even remove or replace the ink cartridge anymore. The message I get says the one or more ink cartridges is missing or damaged and needs to be replaced and there is a black arrow. As I said, the ink tray is jammed now so I can't do anything with it. That said, I spoke with Raymond over the phone about the issues I was having and not only did he offer to look at my printer and see about fixing it, but he understood my frustration and just refunded the entire amount for my order without requiring me to pay the return shipping to send the cartridges back. In all honesty, I do think this is fair but, I must say that he was patient, willing to help and make a remedy for the problems I was having with the ink cartridges and my printer. So, I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I could not use the cartridges and now I'll need to either repair my printer or get another one. If I get another printer, I think after reading some other reviews here, I will steer clear of HP.

Run from this business! They sent me the wrong cartridge. It was in the correct box but what was inside was wrong. When tried to get my money back for thier error they would not! So how is a credit going to help me when you dont have the correct product!
