I recently visited the AT&T store in Burbank, CA, and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Armen. From the moment I walked in, Armen greeted me and my niece with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm.
Armen's knowledge about the products and services was top notch. He patiently answered all my questions, helped me understand the different plan options, and guided me in choosing the best one that fit my .

The customer service at this store is amazing! I had a horrible time with the call Center service trying to gain access to my account and got told over the phone that no one could not help me and was hung up on multiple times. The manager, Xoxhitl and Ish went out of their way to help me solve this incredibly frustrating situation and we’re so friendly with everyone coming in even during a rush of people and a broken pay machine. I appreciate being able to have such knowledgeable friendly people helping actually help me solve my problem. Will come back here in a heart beat!
