“The staff here is so helpful! Every time I've made a phone call, they answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner. They're very helpful in determining if they have a part available, and if they don't, they can order it for you! It will usually arrive the same-day or next-day. They will tell you. The store is kept clean and presentable. I am always greeted by someone when I enter, which is appreciated. Their service is efficient and attentive. I've been coming here consistently for the past month because of my car's maintenance needs. O'Reilly's has come through every single time! I also appreciate that most of the parts I received either have an extended warranty (3 years) or lifetime warranty. That gives me a peace of mind with all of my purchases. I definitely plan on returning to this location - they are so helpful!”

“Not getting into details but on the 22nd of May my day went downhill in an epic way but when I poked my head into the store Robert (last name unknown) was AMAZING as were the rest of that staff that were present at hat time. They were able to help me in a way that is not normal but really helped me get the s***show under control; and, due to the way they held themselves, I would happily drive up to 50 miles to this one store (even if another was next door to me) for a part simply because they were that great.

“Seeing how we do not get much rain in LA, I used my wipers and they were in immediate need of replacing. It was as if my wipers had turned to noodles. I knew I could change them myself but got a lot more information with a google search making it even more confusing. Nearing a mental breakdown, my dad urged me to go to O'Reilly's and it was the best advice. I stopped by this location and Adrian helped me. He was extremely patient with me, helped me figure out what blades I needed and pointed me to where they were located. Seeing I was still lost, he walked with me and talked me through the different options giving me very helpful information to make the best decision for myself. I asked if it was easy to switch them and he said to bring my car up to the side, and in the rain he walked outside with me and not only helped me but he taught me. He switched one blade then walked me through the other so that I could actually learn for the future. If this is just a this location type thing, or just an Adrian thing, I'm extremely grateful. But if this is a brand thing, I will absolutely come back more and more so that I can not only get what I need, but also learn more and make cars less daunting for myself!”
“I have know Bob for more than 50 years, he was recommended to me by Manue friend who was a taxi driver. Bob a has a great knowledge about batteries including the electrical system that covers generator , alternator. He will alway check your battery to make sure of the problem. Warranty and prices are excellent. Keep up the great service and work Bob!”

“I went to get an oil change the place didn't have the oil my car needed so I had to buy it and pay him just a labor fee, this store was close by so I stopped by to get the oil and filter, my knowledge in finding oil filter was really bad Maria an employee who worked there passed by with a cheerful attitude and helped me find the oil filter for my car her being helpful and her cheerful attitude made my day, she was amazing.”

“My car battery was fully charged however it wouldn't start my car due to a dead battery cell. Because of that I had to purchase a new one. I was in a bit of a financial crunch and called Kem Battery for a used battery. I was given a great price, they have new ones for great prices as well. The customer service was awesome! My battery was quickly replaced and I was back on the road....Many Thank yous....to Kem battery you have gained a new customer and I highly recommend going to them for your car battery needs.”
