I found Olive Auto Center through AAA and the promising reviews encouraged me to give them a call.Laura, who is awesome, managed to squeeze me in at the 11th hour for a much-needed oil change and headlight replacement the day before I had to commute to a work event for the weekend. When I came in I met Bobby, who was also awesome. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. I felt very at ease right away.The office is welcoming and cozy, offering numerous comforts while you wait. I was even able to hop on their WiFi and start some work, but I didn't get too much done because they were done so quickly! I was able to get back to work HOURS ahead of schedule. Pricing was fair, they honored coupons, and there was 0 upselling.I'm so incredibly grateful to have found Olive Auto Center! I no longer have to dread getting car repair. “My car had several scrapes and scratches plus a minor dent that I wanted to fix while paying out of pocket. I got estimates both here and at another mostly 5 star (on Yelp) body shop in Burbank. This place quoted me an estimate that was about $4,800 less than the other one! Of course I chose this place, and I was definitely pleased with the work! Raffi and his team did a phenomenal job in both their customer service and the actual work done on the car. He really gave me the best and most reasonable deal that any logical person can ask for with the work that was done. Every scratch, scrape, and dent is gone and my car looks practically new. He even put a little touch-up paint on a nick that wasn't even part of the estimate. I highly recommend this body shop, especially if you're paying out of pocket. I can only hope that insurance companies mostly choose this auto body shop, too.”

“i was a bit skeptical taking my car to any repair shop outside of the "dealer" and boy i can't be any happier when i came across this place. Porsche dealerships charge about $650 for an oil change for like 3 Hours. This place charged me about $130 for the same oil, the same exact filter and it was done in 45mins. WOW! Pat knows his sh*t! this guy is like the Porsche guru. i had such a great experience here and from now on will take my Porsche's here for service. Thank you PAT!”

“I have been taking my cars to Jack and his son John for a couple years now for customization and the occasional dent and scratch that comes up. Let me first off by saying it is very difficult to find trustworthy and honest people in this industry and I am so glad I found Goodfellas Collision Center. My Porsche windows were giving me issues and no one was able to diagnose the problem correctly. Literally after 1 hour of dropping of my car John called me back with a diagnosis and a cost estimate for repairs, which by the way were extremely reasonable and affordable. “These guys do fantastic work. My car is a 1999 CRV its been a great little car and I didn't want to it give up. A 19 year old on a cell phone rear ended me and his insurance company totaled my car. Most parts aren't available anymore for older cars but US Auto found parts and put my car back together and even matched the paint. They did beautiful work my car looks brand new and the people are great and easy to work with. I would never go anywhere else. I took some of their business cards and I carry them with me so I could give them to people.”

“I have lived in Burbank for over 20 years, and this store in particular has had some of the greatest employees who really care about their customers. I'm gonna give you an example from yesterday, I went to AutoZone because my 1999 F150, which is my workhorse, showed a Service engine light. As soon as I walk through the store, an employee by the name of Dan H. Immediately went outside with me and checked the code using one of his OBD scanners. Dan gave me a couple of options, suggested I rule out any issues one by one involving a misfire of cylinder number five. I'm no mechanic, but I have been good with my hands. Out of abundance of caution I went down the street to Pep Boys, who charged me $100 to do a diagnostic. After the diagnostic, Pep Boys called me back within a couple of hours and quoted me $1600 to do all kinds of unnecessary repairs. I went back to AutoZone and took Dan's suggestion by replacing only a spark plug, which was worth seven dollars. Lo and behold, my problem went away. Dan has been an awesome employee who really cared about my situation. Today I went into the store just to say thank you. I also called his manager to make sure he recognized him. Moral of the story is, if you're ever at this Burbank store, go see Dan. What a great guy. Thank you again.”
