“The staff here is so helpful! Every time I've made a phone call, they answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner. They're very helpful in determining if they have a part available, and if they don't, they can order it for you! It will usually arrive the same-day or next-day. They will tell you. The store is kept clean and presentable. I am always greeted by someone when I enter, which is appreciated. Their service is efficient and attentive. I've been coming here consistently for the past month because of my car's maintenance needs. O'Reilly's has come through every single time! I also appreciate that most of the parts I received either have an extended warranty (3 years) or lifetime warranty. That gives me a peace of mind with all of my purchases. “I have know Bob for more than 50 years, he was recommended to me by Manue friend who was a taxi driver. Bob a has a great knowledge about batteries including the electrical system that covers generator , alternator. He will alway check your battery to make sure of the problem. “I went here to buy new batteries for my power wheelchair. I had called almost every battery place in the valley for prices and Kem Battery-Shalom was by far the cheapest. But how are the batteries? Excellent batteries with a 6 month warranty. The customer service is fantastic and Oleg is a very nice and knowledgable man who helped me quite a bit. This is kind of a backyard store.....think Sanford & Son but the products and service are devine! Can't take the sun? Wear a hat and sunglasses. Once you shop here for batteries, it's not necessary to go anywhere else.”

“Went to this location earlier today to check if they could help with replacing my headlight & tail light on the passenger side. Mya helped me initially and was great. She was helpful, honest and professional. She let me know I would have to seek additional help with the head light because it required extra equipment to reach, but she was nice enough to clean my headlights and check the tail ones for me. Getting it off was a little tricky so Javier came in to help us out. He was just as great! Javier got the last screw out for us and helped to finish the job in a matter of minutes. The staff here is very knowledgeable, fair and eager to assist however they can especially Mya & Javier! Thanks to them my light is fixed and I have a sense of relief while driving. Thank you both, & thanks O’Reilys!”

“My family and I have been here a few times over the years of us living in the neighborhood. but my son and I stopped by about 2 months ago for a windshield wiper. I guess I installed it incorrectly. So I just came by and asked for a replacement. There was a bit of a headache with finding my wife's account, but luckily, I had a very patient and helpful employee help me by the name of Eric. His professionalism and patience were fantastic. I attempted to tip him since it is Christmas weekend, but he did not accept it. But for his customer service alone, I for sure will be coming to this O'reilly's location for all my car needs for now on!”

They saved me $200 as I got it replaced for free through the original company that installed it. I would not have gone that route without their recommendation.”
