Big 5 Sporting Goods is a full-line traditional sporting goods store offering a broad selection of athletic shoes, apparel, and accessories, as well as equipment for team sports, fitness, camping, hunting, fishing, tennis, golf, and winter and summer recreation. The store has a pretty good selection, including affordable and decent quality items, and has everything you need and more. Customer service experiences vary. Some sales reps are not too helpful or knowledgeable, which can leave customers empty-handed. At other times, the customer service is really very helpful, with employees who know exactly where things are and take extra time to search for items, creating a welcoming ambiance. However, there are also reports of staff being fairly rude and not exactly pleasant. The store itself is fine, with a great, big, and easy-to-access parking lot. Some merchandise, like sportswear, could use more organization. Customers report finding great deals and steals on items, which leads them to plan to return in the future.
The staff is friendly and they have pretty much anything you need for whatever sport you want.

Big 5 is usually pretty good at having most of your sporting needs but best to call ahead to check if they have it. This Big 5 is usually pretty quiet but sometimes hard to get someone to help you without having to go look for someone yourself.
