On two separate occasions, the two staff members in the store helped tremendously, I think they were named Rachel and Megan - one stayed a bit later after closing to make sure I had what I needed. They were both patient and knowledgable and really took their time with me on both occasions. thank you!”

“The customer service here is awesome. I am a coach for a High School Tennis Team. There was a ball machine in our shed that had not been used in years. The oscillator was malfunctioning. I found out where it was from, took it here for maintenance. The problem was minor and they charged me practically nothing to get it going again. About 3 months later it stopped working. I took it back and they replaced the motor at no charge because the maintenance was under warranty. The customer service this company has is phenomenal and just unheard of in these times. If you buy a machine from them, they will take care of you”

“Let me tell you, Matt is awesome! I called the shop earlier this week to see if he had WML I was looking for. Not only did he tell me he had it, he said he'll give me a discount because he was selling a similar light for a cheaper price. And get this, I told him I couldn't come in to the shop til Friday, would he still honor the price? - HE DEFINITELY DID! On top of that, he installed it for me! That type of service these days are really nonexistent. I'm definitely coming back here to pick up more equipments and accessories! Definitely got a new loyal customer here!”

“I haven't been inside this store for years, but I needed a few tennis balls so I was in the area, figured this place would be perfect for it. And it was, their selection is pretty good, I am not a pro, so I need something affordable and decent quality. Their sportswear could use more organization, I checked the merchandise since I'm looking for a hoodie for my husband, but I don't seem to find a thinner one with a zipper anywhere else, so not their fault. OK customer service, great parking lot, big and easy to access!”

“Great place to visit. I am not on any team but I can tell that this is a very professional and a well developed place for any pros out there. I went on the public skate this winter and I am impressed. Great place with kind staff who are willing to help. There are also these blue seals that you can purchase for twenty dollars which help you ride easier if you are a beginner. I also recommend you buy tickets in advance so you don’t risk not getting in. There aren’t unlimited tickets as I know.”

“Wow I was truly shocked to see such low stars on the reviews for Buddy’s all stars …Recently I started a LA muni league team with a nice group of guys and we pressed (haha pun intended) to find jerseys!Last minute Sarah from buddy’s was like “Jordan in the 4rth 2 min left!” She hit the game winner and got us awesome reversible tanks with number and sweet team name for great price!!!And wait for it …………In less than a week done ! So now we don’t have to look like the kids from the sandlot at our next game feels good :)EXTREMELY happy with buddy’s allstars in Burbank highly recommended finding out for yourself …”

“My favorite store in LA. The owner / managers, Eugene & Jeff, are incredibly patient and attentive to your specific tennis gear needs. (And I am the most particular about my racquets and strings, so that is saying something). Simply great guys. Something as routine as buying tennis balls becomes fun when the Sweet Spot guys ask how you’ve been, and maybe you even run into a friend (or foe) from the courts.They also seem to employ a lot of young people from the area, which I really respect as someone who grew up in Burbank. Not only a great tennis shop, but a great local business that cultivates a positive culture.”
