Love Costco. I do all my shopping at Costco. HOWEVER, their tire center feels like a completely different world, like it’s not even part of Costco. No decorum, no professionalism, no explanation - nothing. Talking to Rudy is like talking to a brick wall. My dog probably gives me more information/answers than he does.

I bought tires online when I made an appointment it took two weeks I went in person and they attended me in less than two hours but they should be more careful with their work because they mistreat the wheels a lot and scratch them or damage the factory paint

These guys literally saved me today. Was driving down Burbank blvd when my tire pressure sensor came on. Brought the car in here and it turned out there was a nail in the tire. These guys fixed the problem within an hour. Joel was so kind and professional too. They made it the most painless experience.
