“I am so grateful for this place. Marvin is incredibly professional and kind. I've been here twice. Once for the mobile service. I got a flat and I was really stuck without a way of getting a tow to the shop. They came to where I was, did a great job quickly, and were extremely professional. The second time I brought my car in the day before a holiday and Marvin was doing his thing. There were 2 cars before mine and I only had to wait 20 minutes. He got everyone in and out and did a great job. Though he was busy he had such a positive attitude and everyone that I saw, including myself, left smiling. The new tire prices were the most affordable I could find and they're good tires. Highly recommended.”
“Magnolia Island Car Care does a great job on standard exterior washes. The line moves at a reasonable pace, the attendants are courteous, and the pricing is fair for the area.
What went well:The pre-wash rinse and main wash cycle left the car spotless. Wheels and rims came out clean with no stubborn brake dust left behind, and the dry down left virtually no water spots.
Why not 5 stars: The interior vacuuming and window wipe-down can be a little inconsistent when they're slammed, occasionally leaving a few crumbs in tight crevices or streaks on the windshield.
Overall, it's a dependable, quick option in Burbank for keeping your vehicle looking sharp without breaking the bank.”
“I found the place to take my car for service and repairs. Rocky's auto does not disappoint. I needed a transmission fluid change and throttle body cleaning, and these guys took care of the work in no time. The price was fair, and they got me in and out quickly.
I was not too sure at first, but I am glad I came here. The car shift is very smooth, which was not the case before, and it runs quieter than before.
06/23/2025 - Has some noise from my rear brakes and I stopped by to see Zack at Rocky's Auto. Again they did not disappoint. They hoisted my car on the lift, took our the tires and inspected it properly. They found no issue however the brakes are relatively new so perhaps the noise. They performed a thorough inspection and I was no my way. These guys are fantastic and really care about that they do. I recommend you giving them a chance.”

“This year I’ve had an unexpectedly challenging run with my tires, including two separate towing incidents caused by nails in my tires. I’m not sure if it’s due to all the rough roads and construction lately, but as a loyal Costco customer, I’ve had to visit the tire center more than I anticipated.
I honestly was not looking forward to it because in past experiences, I felt the Costco Tire Center did not have enough front desk staff to handle the high demand for tire support. The waits were long, and the staff often seemed stretched thin.
However, both times this year I was fortunate to be helped by Rocky at the front desk, and he completely changed my experience. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and solution oriented. Thanks to him, both of my tire repair situations were resolved quickly and efficiently. He also manages long lines with ease and professionalism, even during busy times.
I do think Costco could benefit from having two people at registration during peak hours to better support the demand, but Rocky truly handles it like a pro.
The technicians working on the tires were also excellent, informative, experienced, and efficient. Overall, I left very happy with the service and appreciative of the team.”
