These guys literally saved me today. Was driving down Burbank blvd when my tire pressure sensor came on. Brought the car in here and it turned out there was a nail in the tire. These guys fixed the problem within an hour. Joel was so kind and professional too. They made it the most painless experience.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This is, without a doubt, the most dishonest, disorganized, and downright disgusting excuse for a tire shop I have ever encountered.
Lies, Broken Promises, and an Utter Lack of Professionalism
From the moment I walked in, I was met with nothing but deception. They promise fast service. They promise efficiency. They promise professionalism. But guess what? They deliver NONE of it.
I was told my service would take two hoursâwhich is already a long wait, but fine, I agreed. Four and a half hours later, I was still sitting there, watching them scramble around, taking in way more cars than they could handle. If youâre understaffed, WHY are you overbooking? Why not just be honest with your customers instead of making them waste an entire day waiting for a service that should have been done in a fraction of the time?
The Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced
Not once did anyone come to update me on the status of my vehicle. I had to chase them down just to get a vague answer, and each time I asked, I was met with more excuses and blatant lies. If you tell a customer two hours, then make them wait nearly five, thatâs not a simple mistakeâthatâs deliberate deception.
A Business That Shouldnât Even Exist
This place is a joke. Itâs not just âbadâ serviceâitâs abysmal, inexcusable, and completely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other tire shops that actually respect their customers. This place? They donât deserve your business.

Is it Costco Tire Center's hope that if you put members on long, extended holds, they will hang up? In my case over 45 minutes on hold. The men kept picking up the phone and just saying Costco Tire Center please hold, over and over. Clearly no intention to actually help. it took me calling the administrative office and asking for a manager to get a live person to pick up my call. Unacceptable. On a positive note, thank you to manager, Aaron/Erin, who got a live person to help me. I'm paying executive membership fees to a place that has zero customer service (except Administrative Office) Costco, you need to train your staff on basic customer service skills. That's all folks... but the way, save yourself the hassle of dealing with unproductive humans and make an appointment on line. I didn't know this was an option!

Everytime I come here Eduardo and Raphael are so kind and helpful. Today I met Rudy and Edwin, and they too were SUPER kind and helpful.
They needed to order a tire for me but because of the holiday they found it at the Los Feliz location! So I went over, bought it, and came back to Burbank and they installed it! It was an adventure that was worth it. I appreciate their attention to safety and kindness.

I had an appointment at 10:45a (the shop opens at 10a) and I am still here at 12:45p to pick up my car. Not only that but everyone here is rude on top of it. Completely unprofessional!

Waited a week after ordering my tires here and never received a call that they had come in so I had to call in myself. I tried making an appointment online but saw that the closest open time wasnât for two weeks. I decided it would be better to go in before they opened on a Saturday as a walk in. As I watched the employees work on each car I understood why the wait times are so long. The employees have no sense of urgency or care about the customer. At first I thought it was because they were understaffed and felt bad for them but after watching them hang out with each other and casually replace one tire every 30 minutes I quickly realized that wasnât the case. This place needs better management. I wonât be coming back.

Made an appt. Took about an hour and a half. They replace specific tires, ie, on the back.

Money saved can be lot less to none if you account for the time spent in various queues. I'm sure most technicians are good, but I felt Costco did not show any sense of urgency. Cost should adjust resources to keep wait times less than 2 hours imo. Also Costco designed the tire center in such a spot that there is constant foot traffic and traffic jam from people accessing the warehouse but getting in tire center's way.

Unfortunately I've never had a good experience here. Wait times are horrendous, which would be okay if the staff weren't so short in manner and rude. They do not treat you with respect here and they are extremely disorganized. I've wasted so many hours of my life here and experienced so much stress from this location. Go to the Los Feliz location instead!
