He has consistantly had helpful advice without being one of those "You're doing wrong" kind of guys. He's much more of the "You might try this" types. Offering up resourceful suggestions. He obviously knows the products and recommends complimentary goods that will work toghether. It was my 2 or 3rd time asking questions. BHOH has good staff. “Got back into collecting sports cards after a 20 year hiatus and the Bullpen Burbank is by far the best sports card store in Southern California. Billy, Mitch and the rest of the staff are top notch and extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The store has that old school neighborhood vibe and never disappoints...and by the way, they have anything and everything you could be looking for, and at the right price. Definitely worth your time.”

Finally received the opportunity to visit and this spot is as advertised.A great selection of sports and non sports cards. A many great deals on showcase. Current and old school players. Non sports cards in a mini section. Individual cards, packs or a box for a higher chance of a hit. Don't chase anything when the prize is at this shop.Sell your trading cards for a deal or trade it for store credit.The staff is very helpful. No matter how many people there were in the store they were on top of their customers, assisting them with what they are looking for and providing them with what could be helpful. They also proudly support the service members.I will definitely recommend this spot to anyone who is local and return myself when I get the chance.”

“** Dogs Welcome ** ** on leash ** I called first to make sure this location was still Dog friendly. The team member I spoke to said Yes we are Dog friendly in fact we are SUPER Dog friendly. Which is music to my ears as they say. The store was crowded but manageable for a Sunday afternoon around 1pm. Store was clean and organized for December right before Christmas. The team member I spoke to to find something was very helpful. They have self service check out terminals which made it faster. User error on my part I entered coupon code manually but a team member said you need to scan it to make it work. We parked as far away as possible as it is safer and easier to get Betty out/ in of vehicle. The whole parking lot was full except for a few spots facing side of West Elm. Fine by me to walk a bit to not hassle with parking. There is a long walkway bordered on right side (as you are headed to Michael's) with gravel and plants. Perfect spot to potty you furkid before going into Michael's. (See attached photo). The last time I bought ribbon it was $1.79 ha now it is $4.99. BUT sign up for Michael's emails/ texts to receive coupon codes like 30% off a regular priced item. Or you can google. Definitely recommend this location and we will be back.”

“I love this location compared to the three I've been to and I have to say that my experience last Thursday was excellent. 03/14/24 I was browsing the store looking for random ideas to buy a co worker for fun and ran into Vincent in the isles and he was so polite and greatful for a simple conversation. He asked all the right questions on helping me find items. He was fantastic and on my way out the door he remembered my name and told me to have a good one. :)”
