“5 Star Customer Service from Monica! I was in the yarn department today looking for a Caron cake. I walked up to Monica and asked if they had the new Anniversary cakes - she said they did but wouldn't be putting them out until tonight (meaning they wouldn't be on display until tomorrow), but she could go in the back and let me know what we have. Not only did she check, she put together a little sampler for me on a dolly - and it turned out I asked for the wrong thing! Realizing I didn't know exactly what I wanted, I was gonna just say forget it, but Monica insisted I pull up the Tiktok I mentioned seeing the yarn in. Turns out I was actually looking for the new marshmallow cakes, so Monica went back into the stock room and started opening more boxes. Still not finding what I was looking for, we checked the shelves together, but came up empty-handed. Despite that, I was super grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond and thanked her for her efforts. I picked out something else, checked out, and just as I was about to walk out of the store, here comes Monica with 2 Caron Marshmallow Cakes in the exact colorway from the TikTok I showed her! This is my new favorite Michaels because of Monica and her commitment to customer service. I rarely take the time to leave a review (especially for a big chain store), but Monica deserves her flowers.”
