Things got confusing for me because I had to figure out the numbers based on color for the drawers, the base and the boards. Fortunately Tina came to the rescue. She was beyond patient and helpful. Totally made this a wonderful shopping experience.

It’s ikea! I purchased a dresser and when opened a large and important part was damaged. Went to see about having that part replaced and the customer service was amazing. In 20 min I was out with a replacement piece and was able to build my dresser.

Huge place, not enough employees. I went looking for furniture, and it was hard to find an employee for assistance. When I did find one, he told me he didn't work in that department and walked away. I won't be back.

Ikea has thousands of great products. My review is targeted at the food court. The food was very good and the people were very nice. My disappointment was in having to search through the utensils to find some that actually looked clean. That definitely causes me to question the cleanliness of the dishes, also.

I ordered my kitchen. There were so many mistakes with design, then there were multiple items missing at delivery. I lost more than $500 for missing items cause they didn’t send me the missing items and I had to repurchase them. Then return was also a disaster with long wait times online. Everything is outsourced and they are not trained properly. Think twice before you order a big project like kitchen or closet to ikea .

Just left extremely disappointed and our kids are both crying. we wanted to use the services of a children's room. We have two daughters, one is 39 feet tall and three years old. The second daughter is the eldest and is 53 feet tall. This is within the permitted height. the youngest daughter really wanted to go there when she saw this room at the entrance, but she didn’t want to stay there without her eldest. but they said they thought our daughter was too big. We were not allowed into the children's room. the two girls at the reception were unhappy that we came there and were clearly tired of this work. they are angry and unfriendly. there was no one in the room and only two children came. It is not clear why they receive a salary. You cannot work with children in such a mood. We ended up leaving without buying anything. The store itself is excellent, but for the children’s room and this attitude I’m taking off 2 stars

I purchased a bedframe online when every part was in stock, paying in full and scheduled a time to pick it up. Once we get here, after checking in, they send an email saying one part is out of stock and that I will get a refund. How stupid is that. They don’t hold your items after you buy them, it’s first come first serve so even if you pay for everything in advance, actually picking up the items you paid for isn’t a guarantee. Imagine buying furniture you can’t even use because a part is missing. IKEA needs to fix this stupid system.

Very large Ikea warehouse. Easy to find parking. The store is slightly hard to navigate and it's easy to get lost. FYI the click and connect curbside pick up doesn't work! We came twice and couldn't get anyone out to help us! Also the phone number goes to ikea headquarters not the store

Extremely disappointed with ikea’s delivery system and service. IKEA will offer you to buy large items but they don’t have any guaranteed delivery service. IKEA uses 3rd party delivery service called “Dolly” and they are tremendously lame.
I purchased around $2000 but no luck with delivery! That’s devastating!
