IKEA Burbank is a large store offering quality home furnishings at affordable prices. Customers can explore a spacious showroom for home design inspiration and visit the Market Hall for various home accessory needs. The store features a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it a family-friendly destination. It also has a children's play facility called Småland, although some customers have reported issues with access based on height restrictions, leading to disappointment among families. Overall, customers appreciate the wide selection of products and the helpfulness of the customer service team, especially when dealing with replacements for damaged items. However, some visitors have experienced challenges with cleanliness in the food court and difficulties with the click and collect service. While parking is easy, navigating the store can be confusing. Despite some negative experiences, many still find IKEA a good place to shop for affordable home items, though they suggest improvements in certain areas.

5/5 Great place to demo for 1 to 3 hours. And window shop. Done unique finds.
3/5 Food Court Its OK, I had the meatballs and generous helping of fries. The dishes and glassware is beat up and dirty. Lots of seating but needs more cleaning .
5/5 Parking - Free with Hundreds of space, close to freeway

This place is therapy for me, not only do I find new wine glasses, new plants, or simply sit and have a coffee, there’s always something new for me, from bedding to lighting, to a new electric stove (next move)
