I spend about 15 minutes at an atm trying to deposit cash to my accout. At the end, an atm says transaction failed and returns all cash. I tried both ATMs, same result. What was supposed to be a quick transaction turned out to be a frustration and waste of time

I have been a member of Logix since 2011 and I am very pleased. The staff has been friendly, knowledgeale and always willing to assist. I am impressed with their online banking platform- it is user-friendly and convenient. Highly recommend for the saving rates alone.

Beware of Logic Credit Union: A Disastrous Refinancing Experience My name is Jason strycharz I am writing this review with immense disappointment and frustration towards Logic Credit Union. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I initially took a loan from Chrysler Financial for a Jeep, and after a couple of years, I decided to refinance with Logic Credit Union, a decision I now deeply regret. Upon refinancing, my monthly payment was set at $830. Early on, they requested proof of insurance, which I promptly provided. However, this was just the beginning of a repetitive and exhausting process. Every month, without fail, they demanded I show them my insurance card, a request I complied with repeatedly. This unnecessary hassle went on and on. After a year of this redundant cycle, I discovered that Logic Credit Union had added a staggering $8,500 to my loan for insurance, under the pretext that I hadn't provided them with the insurance card monthly. This outrageous charge skyrocketed my monthly payment from $830 to an unaffordable $1,800. During this time, I faced severe financial difficulties, including job loss and an overdrawn bank account. Rather than showing understanding or offering support, Logic Credit Union sent my account straight to collections after just one month of non-payment, and now they are threatening to repossess my Jeep. I've already paid over $40,000 for this vehicle. To add insult to injury, I had a Lemon Law buyback situation with Jeep. I informed Logic Credit Union about this and even provided the payout amount requested by Jeep. Yet, Logic Credit Union remains oblivious and indifferent to my situation. They have added an exorbitant $8,500 to my payment, expecting me to pay $1,800 monthly for a Jeep that's being bought back. If I fail to comply, they plan to repossess my vehicle and potentially leave a $56,000 mark on my credit report. This experience with Logic Credit Union has been a complete disaster. Their lack of empathy, unreasonable demands, and predatory practices have left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of. I urge others to think twice before dealing with Logic Credit Union, as they have shown a blatant disregard for customer circumstances and have employed questionable business practices that border on scamming their clients.

I was originally customer of Pasadena brunch and have amazing customer service so far! But unfortunately I can not say same things for Burbank location today I quick stop and ask about my car loan payoff amount and some other information, first person who does check in I believe her name was Tiffany and she was not welcome at all and she forwarded to me teller which teller was ok( Not great but better then Tiffany) then she forward me back again her and I back and ask her question she was so irritated! She didn’t tell me anything but Literally you can tell her voice and body language that she is super dislike her job! I would definitely recommend manager that take minute and please go through your customer service experience with CustomerThank you.

Been a member here for over 14 years was a very good credit union at one point until all of a sudden I am currently facing financial struggles and the branch decided to withdraw over 1k from my checking to cover an overdue loan that I had. Called them to explain what I am going through and simply put all they say is sorry there is nothing we can do about it. Even when trying to switch payment dates they still cannot accommodate. Used to be my favorite credit union but no longer.

Was recommended to Logix by my friend who financed his car through them. I looked at their rates and they had the lowest rates out of all the banks and credit unions in SoCal. My car lease was coming to an end and it was completely under my dad's name. Michael Flores was able to help me with a lease buyout loan and fully transfer the car under my name free of charge since the lease was ending and I wanted to buy out the car after the lease through financing but to make sure the loan is under my name to build strong credit history. Michael Flores was really helpful and patient with that. The dealership was trying to get me to go back to them so they can talk me into financing the car through the dealer's bank so they could scam me into a "mandatory and required safety inspection" which costs around $1500 so they can still make money off of me just incase I ended up going with an outside lender. Never go back to the dealer, bunch of scammers trying to get every penny out of you if you're not informed about the laws. Go straight to a credit union if you want to finance a car and skip all the possible scams you could fall for. Give Michael a raise.

I am very happy and grateful for Charles Hahn's Financial services for helping my parents with their retirement. I was pleasantly surprised he speaks spanish and was able to communicate with my father. Great service. I definitely recommend.

I cant stand this branch. This is my second pissed off experience with the underwriters. Called to raise my CC limit because its remained at specific low number for years. Even tho I have 755 credit score, 100% on time payments in my entire history and lowwwww utilization they would not approve me for a raise. I have Great Credit. Even though I literally got a text saying I was approved. I CANT STAND THESE UNDERWRITERS. They discriminate against Armenians and its not fair and nothing new everyone knows. I have alot of funds in my account, dont ever withdraw my money, been a customer for years now, never had problems of anyyyy kind so the fact that they refused to raise my limit AGAIN of any kind like not even $500 lol. (yes they refused before and what changed their mind was a long pissed off review such as this because it became bigger then the biased underwriters at that point). I dont even care about the limit increase anymore. Its just pathetic honestly. Ill be moving my funds. Whatever.
