Parking is great and access from the ground floor is easy, saving time for quick purchases like makeup, shoes, or gifts, and for handling online returns. The customer service employees are often amazing, friendly, helpful, and professional. Specific staff in the home section are the absolute best, helping customers search high and low for specific items like a California King bed set, and are kind and fun. Other staff are experts when looking for clothes or cologne, and are very helpful in resolving transaction disputes on credit cards professionally, even providing credit for on-time payments. Staff remain sweet and calm even following unsettling incidents. However, experiences can vary, as some staff can be unhelpful. Overall, it is a great store for many customers.

Came here looking for some new water glasses and wanted to see some up close and personal. There were only 2-3 choices in a basic design and no pricing and no scan stations around. There are signs telling you to scan a code to get pricing. Well that didn't work, so no sale for me today Macys.
