“Only 11 Sears stores remain and this is likely the one functioning most like a full department store.
Items are oddly spaced out to give perception of fullness, but it does have complete department store sections. There were things in the store I’d actually buy, which can’t be said for a few other remaining stores. Appliance section is the most complete and would go there if I needed anything. Interestingly has a decent sized toy section though it’s oddly placed.”
“I had an important event coming up and couldn't decide on what accessories and heels to wear and Gabriela was a huge help! She was really kind and helpful, even though I could sense she was busy. I got so many compliments from people, and I will definitely be back here. She made my day!”

“I went with my brother to purchase some items and to use my coupons, but one of the ladies didn’t want us didn’t want to use my coupon because it wasn’t scanning correctly, but then we talked to this other lady named Leticia and she helped us manually put in the code for my coupon so that I can get a discount. I don’t know why the other lady didn’t want to manually put the information into the system. Leticia L. did a great job and she was able to give me my discounts. She saved the day, otherwise I would have left.”
“I’ve been a frequent shopper at this Walmart,
and I am writing to highly commend Nyota in the Customer Service department. Who is consistently outstanding. She demonstrates a level of product knowledge and problem-solving expertise that is rare to find.
She doesn't just resolve issues; she manages them with a level of professional composure and efficiency that clearly sets her apart from the others. She always goes the extra mile to ensure every question is answered and every issue is resolved correctly the first time.
Nyota consistently operates with the mindset of a leader. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and handles even the most complex situations with ease.
I strongly believe she should be formally recognized and considered for a management role, and I hope the store leadership recognizes and appreciates her talent and promotes her accordingly.
I often see her guiding her peers, which shows she is already acting in a leadership capacity, which is a huge green light for a promotion. As she is already a standard-bearer for excellent service at the Burbank store (#5686). It is clear that she understands the operations of this store inside and out. She is clearly management material and deserves a promotion for her continued excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction.

“I stopped by this Sunglass Hut inside Macy on the second floor today. I mainly looked at their Oakley selections and they had some nice one. They also had some Ray Bans as well. The lady working tonight was friendly and was ready to answer any questions I had.”
“I love, love, love the Macy's Backstage. I find all types of treasures for my home at a fraction of the cost, and it's good quality merchandise. The Backstage almost has a TJ Maxx or Marshall's feeling.”

“This target is right by my house. It gets the job done. The cheapest diapers I've ever found are here, that are still decent diapers and the fruit always looks fresh. But just a warning this is an extremely small Target. It's like if Target was a convinence store or something. So if you need some specific item you might have to go to a different Target. The service is ALWAYS really good but seriously that Target in Marathon, Texas might be BIGGER.”

“Also located in the same giant shopping center with Target and others store, this Walmart has more aisles than a regular one and even for a regular Super Walmart, that speaks a lot to how many stuffs they carry in here, everything is just ready for the holidays, the usual suspects would be all the cheap electronic ones, again do your research before you ended up buying junks that you don't need or can't use for a long time. Then check out toys and more toys because it's Xmas and you have to buy them for all the children as presents :) although all the good collectibles were locked inside glass cases :(”
“Nice selection with reasonable prices, but I wish they had more clothing for larger sizes. Not all women want to where there clothing so tight. But overall I like this location and am happy to suggest that others go see what they can find.”
“I love in Van Nuys and was in Burbank running an errand. So of course I had to stop by and shop because I knew that their stores are more likely to have better things! AND THEY DID!! Cleaner, more organized and so many cute things! You have to go!”
