“I wish I had discovered this place years ago! They accept drop offs for all the major couriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS! SUPER CONVENIENT.
I will be doing all my shipments at Burbank Shipping Center from here on out so I don’t have to be driving all over the place trying to find the various drop-off locations. There is even a table to pack, with tape, and they’re open every day except Sunday. No lines. And they provide drop-off receipts.

“I stopped by this Office Depot in the morning to pick up some college rule paper. This store is a decent size so you'll likely find what you're looking for here. They keep the printer ink behind the counter now so be aware. I think I was their first customer for the day so it was basically quiet inside. A worker helped me find the college rule paper I was looking for.”

“I made a purchase of an ink cartridge, installed it in my printer. After installing printer showed an error on cartridge.
After removing the cartridge, I realized my mistake. I bought the wrong cartridge. Took it back and explained that it was my error, Staples gave me a full refund and I purchased the correct ink cartridge. “It saddens me to see that this UPS Store has closed. I was their second customer (Box 102) when moved into my home here in Burbank. That was almost 18 years ago. Sal was amazing. As others have said he was always super helpful and super friendly. I've had some great conversations there with him popping in late in the evening to pick up my mail. I will miss these guys. I have no idea what happened but I wish them well..Meanwhile I am moving on to Earthclass Mail.”
