“I’m never really one to write reviews but they deserve one. I ordered a metal print sign/poster. Was nervous as I was thinking it could be damaged during shipping and sure enough it was.(no fault of their own, it was packaged really well) Talked with Grace from Squaresigns, and they took care of me. They stand by their product and are replacing my product free of charge. It shows they care about their customers unlike other companies out there. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. “My wife and I have been using this location for over 20 years. They have consistently been a fair, dependable and clean operation. Rita is a wonderful person and she hires the best. It’s a difficult and demanding job to work there, so employees have to be dedicated. When I read some of the negative reviews, I felt that I needed to address these issues. First, stamps cost more because you are paying for the convenience of avoiding long lines at the Post Office. I think an extra $3 is well worth it. They have kept their yearly box fee at an affordable rate; one of the reasons we have stayed with them so long. Yes, it would be awesome if they could bring back Saturday hours, but that would require enough increased business to pay an employee to work that day. So don’t complain about a $3 surcharge if you want them open on a Saturday. The occasional parking issues are NOT caused by Postal Annex but rather by the bread shop next door. The bread shop clientele are simply a selfish and entitled class of people. They park in front of the stores even when there are plenty of free spaces. They constantly cause parking lot congestion and show zero concern for other motorists. This bread shop does not belong in such a small complex. If they had one ounce of the integrity that the proprietors of Postal Annex have, this bread business would have moved to a larger complex to accommodate their increased traffic. However, if you do find yourself with a parking issue, simply get out of your car, go in the bread shop and announce that the person with X model car needs to move it. They almost always do. Most of them have super expensive cars and are worried someone will scratch or damage them. Just be polite. Do not start a fight over a parking space. So again, do NOT blame Postal Annex for issues caused by a completely separate business. We hope to stay with Rita and her business for another 20 years.”

“Prints are fantastic which is the main thing, but the shipping is another story. The Items are packed very well, but Uprinting is notoriously expensive in their shipping costs because they will insist on sending multiple parcels, even when it would be perfectly acceptable and more efficient to combine those parcels into one to lower the shipping cost. Expect to pay 30-130$ for shipping, usually in the mid to top range of that, fo course depending on what you order and how much. I've ordered from them for years since their quality is great, but their shipping has always been a needlessly expensive problem.”

“The product was very good quality, and it arrived before the estimated date I was given. My only complaint is that I went with PrintRunner because of their free shipping deal for orders over $75. I had three different print jobs on the same order, but only one was over $75 on its own. The fact that the other two had $16 shipping fees tacked on (each) an unwelcome surprise.”

I had a stack of boxes that took up the entire cart that were going to different destinations across the country, but she handled them quickly and professionally without missing a beat. The entire experience was better than I had expected and the value provided was great for the services requested. Scotty was also very helpful, noticing a box I had left on the counter that needed to be brought into the group with the others. The store was clean, easily accessible, and landmarks made it clear where the shipping area was located. I come here to print for my event flyers and they always look great and waaayyyy cheaper than if I purchase through online print services. Come here if you're looking to get your flyers done. And obviously they have all your office needs so I usually walk out with more than I planned, lol. But seriously, they do a great job here :)”
