This Quest Diagnostics location is fast, friendly and do a wonderful job. They are also patient with you to make sure they get a good set of samples for the lab orders. Ana takes good care of me on most visits like she did last time. But even if she isn't available to me, the rest of the staff is very good as well. This is my go to location.

I usually enjoy Quests customer service, but my experience was literally a nightmare. I kept asking for the smallest gauge needle aka the butterfly, and they refused and tried with a big needle and when she couldn’t get the blood , she used the same big needle on my hand and I walked out with a walnut size wound on my hand.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Quest Diagnostics, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service and patient care I received. The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything they were doing, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. The wait time was manageable, and the procedure itself was completed quickly and efficiently. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and dedication of the Quest Diagnostics team.

Usually is very good and satisfied. The last visit, helper must be tired with her jobs and not so involved with patients.
Don’t want to answer question . Not clean up after previous patients. The chairs draw blood handle dirty and fluid from human, oily. I have to clean up myself.

This is a terrible establishment. They are simply deceiving and in the end I stood in line for 1.5 hours, and they let me inside, and then in the end they said: Oh, your procedure takes 20 minutes. We'll close now, so leave.

The nurse she was very professional and kind made sure to know that I am the person who has to provide the blood sample in a very polite manner.

Technicians working in the lab are not friendly. They should be well-trained to be more pleasant and approach patients with a smile.

My phlebotomist, Josh, was very knowledgeable and kind. He made the process of my blood draws for glucose testing more comfortable for me by explaining each step. His guidance made a potentially stressful procedure easier to understand.

Five stars for Ida! She completed my blood work seamlessly and with the utmost comfort. I was so nervous because I had a few vials drawn, but she brought me peace. Thank you, Ida!
2 stars however for the lack of humans in the lobby. You're asked to sign-in through a kiosk so there's little to no human interaction when you walk-in the door. Expect that when you go.
