Johana is the first phlebotomist I have ever visited that did not struggle to find my vein, stick me twice, or have to use a smaller gauge needle to find my vein. I was in awe of her quick and precise method of finding my vein. She made the procedure quick and painless. She was also very warm and friendly.

The entire process was very easy and stress free. I made the appointment on line, received a text to check in when I got to the facility and had my blood drawn by a very nice lady. Easy peasy.
