The staff is works hard and tries, but they seem overwhelmed. The worst problem is not being able to get an appointment in less than a week. This is horrible when the doctor feels a matter is urgent and time is critical.

Yes for X rays and MRI but not good in returning compliments which is disappointing but that is what they need to improve customer service skills. In side quality is good but receptionist and call back terrible.

Feel badly for the phlebotomists that work here. Babysitting the ignorant, entitled, lazy customers wastes 1/2 of their time. People who refuse to use the kiosk. Refuse to read the board that clearly shows appointment order and who has signed in by name. Refuse to bring their insurance information. Demand that they be seen before appointment customers. Interrupt appointments with other customers. The same customers who post a bad review that quest's employee's were rude. Quest needs to post a sign: " you MUST sign in at the kiosk whether an appointment, drop off or walk in. Those that don't sign in won't be seen."

Avoid this place. They waste your time. They treat you like just a number. I made an appointment and they took me nearly an HOUR after. Then because of some mix up with the electronic orders the tech tells me "you have nine minutes to correct it or you need to make a new appointment." No offer of help. No humanity. Then tells me "you should always get paper orders, you are unprepared." Excuse me? I'm not the doctor. And clearly based on your lack of intelligence neither are you.

Why does the medical profession act like you have nothing else going on in your life but go to them? Granted - I did not have an appointment & after an hour I had to leave. I felt so sorry for another person there who had a 1:00 appointment & was sitting there when I arrived after 2:00. Because she had made her appointment over the phone - she had no email or text to confirm & she was neither taken care of nor even offered an apology for having wasted her time. By 2:30 she walked out practically crying. I think things would work much better if they employed humans to help - but having to do everything yourself on that extremely limited kiosk is frustrating to say the least. It's abominable that these entities with literally a captive customer base - you go where you are directed to - are more concerned with saving money on employees than on taking care of their customers properly. Granted - without an employee to speak to you will never have an out of the ordinary situation to deal with - I get it! The least they could do is issue gift cards for making us do their work! Bottom line is I never made an appointment but next time I'll show up with something to do & camp out awhile longer. I might even take public transportation that day so I don't have to pay for parking again. Or go somewhere else. It is a shame that the medical profession is more concerned with profit than patients... What a crock!

This place has very small waiting room and sometimes it's very crowded and there is not enough seats in the waiting room for patients. So get ready to be under stress waiting 2-3 hours if you are a walk-in patient.First person i talked to i guess was supervisor. She is very polite and down to grand person explained me the situation. Then when i went in i sow how effectively and correctly stuff doing their job.The technician who worked with me was Laura S. and she was like Angel to me.Ms. Laura knows how to talk to patient i'm sure in that because when i came out from that place i didn't even remember the stress i was under waiting that long. She made my day.I wanna say Thank You to manager and to Stuff works here.Special Thanks to Ms. Laura S.

It s sad that there are no longer humans you can talk to at the desk which is always close! If you have any questions and call the number, it’s all recorded message directing you to the website which cannot possibly answer all questions!!! Might as well have robots so everything!

Poor service received and witnessed both for people arriving with appointments and people trying to receive standby service.

I was there Friday to deal with bloodwork. I was slightly frustrated as the sign-up process gives you an option to "save time now" and input your insurance info only when I got there it asked for copies of my card/insurance info when signing in. Priscilla was in the waiting area and she instructed me to choose the option of "no insurance" and I can add it later. This concerned me too as who wants to try to remember to add insurance later (and possibly forget). Regardless of my frustration Priscilla was very nice. At one point an older woman was profusely thanking Priscilla for helping her out and Priscilla responded with several nice things and added "we can't make everyone happy but we try our best." I suspect she said that for my benefit. I am sorry if it was because I was low key frustrated with the sign in, but maybe it came off as more? Regardless she was nice and seemed to be placed there to answer questions which seems like a really good idea. The nurses were perfectly nice as well. Was better than I expected overall.

DO NOT COME HERE I went here to get my blood drawn today. The man drawing blood kept sticking me and couldn't find a vein. He eventually started moving the needle around inside my arm in attempt to get blood out. I fainted and was lying hunched over in the chair. After a few minutes he shuffled me into the next room to lay down. I came to laying on a bed in a stock room surrounded by boxes, with garbage still on the bed I was lying on. Nothing had been cleaned and I had blood dripping from my arm, the man didn't even give me a gauze or bandaid. After calling for help and asking for a bandaid (which was never answered) I finally felt good enough to walk and just left. I feel completely violated. There were also stacks of other peoples urine all over the office I was getting work done in. There is no way this is sanitary.

IDA was so genuinely nice working at this location 2601. So happy she helped me. Always nice to come across genuinely nice people. Always have a good experience here except one worker guy last time I got blood taken was grumpy not a very nice demeanor. People are nervous going here for testing so workers should always be niceEven if days I feel like death I always put on a nice persona.. why make people be around a grumpy demeanor
