“I rarely leave reviews, but Blue Star Auto Care earned this one. This was my first time bringing my Mercedes to this particular auto repair shop and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial diagnostic on Saturday to the freon recharge today, everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Z was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue before recommending what was needed. The recharge was completed quickly, my A/C is now blowing ice cold again, and the pricing was very fair. Finding a mechanic you can genuinely trust is rare, but I truly feel like I found one. If you're looking for an honest mechanic who provides quality work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Blue Star Auto Care. I'll absolutely be bringing my Mercedes back here for future service.”

“I called and they were able to see me the same day. Glen was so kind and very helpful. He explained the process on the phone. Once I arrived, I was greeted and helped immediately. After they did a diagnostic on my car, they called me and were very honest with what needed to be done to my car. They didn’t force me into anything and suggested a different route to help remedy my car problems. When I arrived to pick up my car, Glenn helped me and walked me through the steps to address my car issues my self. He was very helpful and professional and made me feel comfortable if I needed any help in the future. I would recommend this shop!”

“Sadly, it looks like Phil retired. Not knowing where else to post this, I wanted to publicly thank him for years of excellent service. Since 1989 I've been bringing my succession of Hondas to him for repairs and maintenance. He's always been helpful and professional. Each time my car seemed happy with the work done. I wish him good luck with his future endeavors and fun stuff (bicycling?). - Patrick”

“I'm not one to leave Yelp reviews but Jesse SAVED ME FROM A CAR NIGHTMARE! I couldn't have a clear conscience without leaving him one. My 2007 Jeep Wrangler was having harsh shifts, erratic behavior, and limp mode for six months. I had taken it to multiple mechanics who either told me to sell it, or wanted to charge me 3900.00 (the dealership) to fix it.. without even given a definitive answer on what the issue was. I found Al's transmission and Jesse through a friend and immediately felt comfortable when I met him. He really knows what he is talking about, and REALLY cares about his work. He found within hours that there was a shorted wire at the speed sensor, and later found four more shorts higher up on the wiring harness due to a previous mechanic not properly wrapping the wires after a flywheel repair. Other mechanics WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK at the wires, Jesse tackled it within a day an a half and had it fixed. He has gained my respect as a mechanic and a genuine good guy. If you need transmission work or ANY work done on your car, Jesse is your guy. His shop entrance is in the back alley of the actual location your gps will take you to. He shares with another shop, so you're NOT in the wrong place if you don't see his sign posted outside. Thank you Jesse for waking me up from that nightmare!! You're the man!”

“Kevin is the only person I'll let work on my 1975 Chevrolet C20 squarebody. I have a 468 engine with a rochester quadrajet carb and he has become my go to mechanic. He's been building and fixing big block chevys his whole life and is a carb whisperer. Wish I found him sooner.”
