“Recently got a flat and I knew I was going to need new tires although I was hoping to push it to November. I put on my donut and went to 3 tire shops on Lankershim. This was by far the best with great service by Geovanny. He got me into a decent tire, lifetime balancing and flat repairs while staying in my budget. It was a Friday and I had to work, at least I could do it online, but I didn't want to sit in the shop for hours. They drove me the 5 blocks to my house and then called me when it was ready and came and picked me up. Great attention and customer service has really made me a customer!”

Runed by two older men. there both honest with there prices and what they do and they are literally the only place I go to to do repairs my family friends can't already do. They tell me a price before hand and are honest if they think there might be problems with the repair and will call me and tell me the news. Was referred to Serjik by a close friend that had a great experience - was told by a supposedly reputable shop that my car needed a new Transmission and Serjik was able to find the true source of the problem and save me a ton of money in the process. “I was changing my oil when the Oil plug twisted off and broke. I got a new pan and gasket but unfortunately I broke the bolts off my old one. So I was in a dicey situation, on top of moving home in a week. I looked these guys up, they had great reviews. Called AAA and had my car towed to their business. They took a look and said it would be a straight 200 bucks and it'll only take a few hours. The hour I spent trying to take off my oil pan the mechanic did in literally five minutes. I left and came back three hours later, everything taking care of, new oil put in, and even my tires filled up to the correct air pressure. He also took me underneath and showed me what he did, and we talked about what I did wrong and what I can do next time to remedy my mistake. I couldn't thank everyone enough, in just three hours I was driving my car off the lot spending half of what I thought I was going to spend. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they're life savers! Plus I appreciate any mechanic who can take me underneath my own car and show me what they're going to do.”

“My Dodge Charger ran over a cone and messed up the condenser. The A/C wasn't working and I brought it to One Stop. They put in an air conditioner that was so cool that it could be a meat locker if you want it to be. They are professional, fast service and take good care of my car. There was a problem I notice with the bumper when they put it together but quickly fixed it without hesitation. I highly recommend this place. Great prices and they know what they're doing. It's hard to find honest people that fix cars and I take all my cars to them.”

“This review is for Gustavo who works out of this garage. I had the unfortunate experience of having my car overheat one evening when most garages are closed. To my surprise I found Galvez Auto Clinic inside Garcia's. I must have a guardian angel because this place was so close to where I broke down and open way later than most repair shops. Even though Gustavo was very busy (a sign he must be good!) he fixed my issue with the coolant system and I couldn't be happier. My car no longer overheats and he was very good at explaining everything he did. His prices are very reasonable for LA (and trust me, I have used other repair shops nearby). I have since asked him to do 3 other repairs and I have to say, he's going to be my new mechanic. He's so communicative, does quality work and explains everything so well. He even took the time to send me a video of exactly what needed to be done and what work he put in. I appreciate the transparency, especially as a woman. I always fear that someone will take advantage of me thinking I know nothing about cars. These guys are very honest and work fast. There's also a warranty/guarantee on the repairs they do there. He even picked me up at my apt so I wouldn't have to walk to the shop after dark to pick up my car. Thank you for the quality work and for going the extra mile. You definitely have a new customer for as long as I live in the area. My car hasn't sounded this quiet in a very long time.”

“I came in maybe half an hour before they were closed. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Another gentleman needed an oil change. Why do I mention the time and another gentleman? Alright, look. I walked down to Carl's Jr, got some lunch, finished lunch, and got a call that my car was ready. They did 2 oil changes, rotated my tires, and checked my air and cabin filters in less than half an hour. Half. An hour. I didn't get the $25 oil change (i figured i wouldn't qualify with synthetic oil). Oil change and tire rotation cost me $95 total, which is still less than my dealership. I also got friendlier and faster service... and my dash is no longer holiday themed. Despite trying to close, the mechanic still was happy to take the time to offer some additional trivia about my v-tech. Love learning more about my v-tech. I will be coming back for maintenance.”

“I took my car in to get an oil change and check on the abnormal noises I had noticed. Leo helped me despite being very busy. He ran a free diagnostic. I was so impressed. The results of the diagnostic was so detailed it even spotted a interior light bulb that was out. (Which Leo replaced for me on the spot, and no charge) After identifying the problem Leo lifted my car to check the undercarriage. He and the diagnostic tool were correct. I had a oil leak! He cleaned the contaminated areas. Brought the car down and offered me some water and coffee while he checked on parts and prepared an estimate to repair my car. I drive a Range Rover so I was eager to see what the repair cost would be. When Leo returned with my estimate I couldn't be happier. Price was reasonable and include preventative measures to insure I continued to have a smooth ride after the repairs. I'm beyond impressed with the level of service! Leo is straight forward and honest. No games and incredibly knowledgeable. He had my car ready a day early and it's running like new! One more note! While paying for his services I noticed an entire wall of plaques and certifications on his wall which had me rest easy I was in the right place! Thank you Leo! I highly recommend Global Transmissions to anyone with car troubles who needs a reliable, honest, no BS, mechanic shop!”
