“I had a really good experience with JDM Prius. Oscar was understanding, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I originally went in for a suspension swap, a timing chain tensioner leak, and a spark plug replacement.
Two days before my appointment, my catalytic converter got stolen, which was extremely stressful. Oscar was fair with pricing on the original work and went out of his way to help me navigate the insurance claim. He handled the catalytic converter replacement along with the oxygen sensors, and the turnaround time was still fast despite dealing with insurance.
What I appreciated most was the honesty—no BS, no pressure, just clear communication and solid work. He also guided me in the right direction when I had no idea what to do, which made the whole situation much easier.

They put in an air conditioner that was so cool that it could be a meat locker if you want it to be. They are professional, fast service and take good care of my car. There was a problem I notice with the bumper when they put it together but quickly fixed it without hesitation. I highly recommend this place. Great prices and they know what they're doing. “I was referred to Richard by a close friend of my husband's and I couldn't be more grateful for the recommendation.
I originally went to Richard to have my struts replaced after another mechanic quoted me an outrageous price for the job. Not only did he complete the repair at a fair price, but he also took the time to inspect the rest of my vehicle. Upon doing that he identified a few things that needed fixing with the frame, he took care of it all and left my car running great.
Since that first visit, Richard has become my trusted mechanic and over time, he has earned the trust of my entire family. We now take all of our vehicles exclusively to OE Automotive.
One experience that really demonstrated Richard's honesty happened about a year ago. My mom took her car to another mechanic for an oil change and was told she needed approximately $500 worth of additional repairs. My brother requested a list of the recommended repairs and immediately contacted Richard. Richard asked us to bring the vehicle to his shop so he could inspect it himself.
After looking over the car, Richard explained that none of the expensive repairs recommended by the previous mechanic were actually necessary. The only maintenance the vehicle needed cost just $80. “I went here last minute because my AC stopped working while it was 90 degrees outside. Even though they seemed busy they saw me within minutes. They were so kind and straight to the point. They charged me the same amount I would have paid at Autozone for the part without any labor cost. Thankfully I didn’t buy the part and YouTube for hours in the heat to figure it out. They fixed my AC within minutes and were very honest with the possibility of a leak but didn’t push anything on me. Which I really appreciate. I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes.

I gave 5 stars for the attendant named Mark. He not only TALKED to me, he was FRIENDLY. And more than friendly, he has PERSONALITY. This is very rare in gas stations today. Most attendants simply go through the motions and get through the transaction. People like Mark can actually change the world. We never know what people are going through day to day. Bad moods are contagious, but so are good moods. We need more Marks. Thanks for being positive and genuine, Mark. Really.”

“Ask for Paul, when you call. His shop is busy for a reason. They were able to fix and repairs the finicky power doors. On my 100 ft looker of a honda odysssey. While other shops charged for no results. Passenger was recently resolved on warranty with an adjusted nuetral safety switch. They are great at properly finding the correct issue. Versus other shops doing parts cannon tactics. Recently Came in fearing the worst. Left quickly with clean head lights too. This shop knows my van well. Former battery drain and AC is super cold thanks to J & C import car care. Also to be clear now. I come 680 miles from out of state. Knowing they are great with these finickey power doors. Used to be local. Mechanically the honda van is solid thanks to the crew here at J & C.”
