“Ask for Paul, when you call. His shop is busy for a reason. They were able to fix and repairs the finicky power doors. On my 100 ft looker of a honda odysssey. While other shops charged for no results. Passenger was recently resolved on warranty with an adjusted nuetral safety switch. They are great at properly finding the correct issue. Versus other shops doing parts cannon tactics. Recently Came in fearing the worst. Left quickly with clean head lights too. This shop knows my van well. Former battery drain and AC is super cold thanks to J & C import car care. Also to be clear now. I come 680 miles from out of state. Knowing they are great with these finickey power doors. Used to be local. Mechanically the honda van is solid thanks to the crew here at J & C.”

“I cannot recommend this mechanic shop enough. They truly go above and beyond every single time. I have an older car, and they have been able to diagnose and figure out some pretty significant issues that other places might have found overwhelming. They take the time to locate the actual problem, explain clearly what’s going on in terms I can understand (as someone who knows very little about cars!), and then fix it properly and reasonably. What I appreciate most is that I have never felt swindled or pressured into unnecessary work. I trust their recommendations, their pricing is reasonable, and I always feel like they genuinely care about doing the job right. The quality of their work and the consistency of their customer service are remarkable. Even with some pretty big issues, they have continued to go above and beyond to help me keep my older car running. It’s rare to find mechanics you can completely trust, and I’m so grateful I found them. Highly, highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience with Manny's Transmission. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The mechanics were knowledgeable, communicative, and took the time to explain the issues and repairs clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise. The turnaround time was faster than expected, and the pricing was fair and reasonable for the quality of work provided. It's not always easy to find a shop that is both honest and skilled, but Manny's Transmission exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service, experienced mechanics, and excellent customer care.”

“Came in last year for a motor replacement for a 2009 Toyota Matrix. Waited a year to make sure everything ran smoothly. I can say with certainty, I was given a great price for a low mile replacement, everywhere else I was quoted was over 1k more. Oscar is a great guy, knowledgeable, and gets the work done quickly. I got fleeced in a private used car auto sale, and this place saved the day. Learned my valuable lesson at the end, but will come back for any issues in the future.”

“I drive four and a half hours roundtrip just to see Carlos (the owner) and Juan Carlos (the master mechanic)—they’re that good. A childhood friend recommended them, and his family has trusted this shop since before he was even born. Like with any shop, major repairs can be pricey, but Carlos always takes the time to walk through the best options based on your needs. If you stay on top of maintenance, you’ll save yourself from bigger repairs down the road. What really sets them apart is trust. I’ve never been upsold on something unnecessary, and I always leave knowing I was genuinely taken care of. Mechanics who truly put their customers first are rare—and this is one of those places.”

“Albert, the owner of the shop, has a great crew. They work fast, know cars well, and provide honest, knowledgeable service. If you have a car problem, this is a place worth bringing it to. You may get your car back sooner and save some money at the same time. I’ll update this review after the battery replacement on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Plug-in Hybrid is completed.”

“My Dodge Charger ran over a cone and messed up the condenser. The A/C wasn't working and I brought it to One Stop. They put in an air conditioner that was so cool that it could be a meat locker if you want it to be. They are professional, fast service and take good care of my car. There was a problem I notice with the bumper when they put it together but quickly fixed it without hesitation. I highly recommend this place. Great prices and they know what they're doing. It's hard to find honest people that fix cars and I take all my cars to them.”

“Jack and his team are professional, reliable, very knowledgeable and deliver excellent customer service. We were very pleased with how Jack and his team thoroughly addressed all of our auto repair needs. Their expertise in luxury foreign cars is by far the best in Hollywood and that is reflected in the fact that they have decades of experience working on all makes and models of domestic and foreign cars. Not only was our car fixed better than we expected because Jack and his team found exactly what the problems were and properly addressed each of them, but their prices were very reasonable. We definitely recommend A and B Auto Repair to anyone seeking the very best for their car at a reasonable price but also because at A and B Auto Repair you will find the industry rarity of very honest business dealings.”

“I took my car in to get an oil change and check on the abnormal noises I had noticed. Leo helped me despite being very busy. He ran a free diagnostic. I was so impressed. The results of the diagnostic was so detailed it even spotted a interior light bulb that was out. (Which Leo replaced for me on the spot, and no charge) After identifying the problem Leo lifted my car to check the undercarriage. He and the diagnostic tool were correct. I had a oil leak! He cleaned the contaminated areas. Brought the car down and offered me some water and coffee while he checked on parts and prepared an estimate to repair my car. I drive a Range Rover so I was eager to see what the repair cost would be. When Leo returned with my estimate I couldn't be happier. Price was reasonable and include preventative measures to insure I continued to have a smooth ride after the repairs. I'm beyond impressed with the level of service! Leo is straight forward and honest. No games and incredibly knowledgeable. He had my car ready a day early and it's running like new! One more note! While paying for his services I noticed an entire wall of plaques and certifications on his wall which had me rest easy I was in the right place! Thank you Leo! I highly recommend Global Transmissions to anyone with car troubles who needs a reliable, honest, no BS, mechanic shop!”

“I was referred to Richard by a close friend of my husband's and I couldn't be more grateful for the recommendation. I originally went to Richard to have my struts replaced after another mechanic quoted me an outrageous price for the job. Not only did he complete the repair at a fair price, but he also took the time to inspect the rest of my vehicle. Upon doing that he identified a few things that needed fixing with the frame, he took care of it all and left my car running great. Since that first visit, Richard has become my trusted mechanic and over time, he has earned the trust of my entire family. We now take all of our vehicles exclusively to OE Automotive. One experience that really demonstrated Richard's honesty happened about a year ago. My mom took her car to another mechanic for an oil change and was told she needed approximately $500 worth of additional repairs. My brother requested a list of the recommended repairs and immediately contacted Richard. Richard asked us to bring the vehicle to his shop so he could inspect it himself. After looking over the car, Richard explained that none of the expensive repairs recommended by the previous mechanic were actually necessary. The only maintenance the vehicle needed cost just $80. Thanks to his honesty and integrity, my mom avoided paying hundreds of dollars for unnecessary work and she has never taken her car anywhere else since. Richard and everyone who has worked on my family's vehicles have consistently been honest, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. They have saved us a significant amount of money over the years while providing outstanding service we can trust. OE Automotive is the only repair shop my family and I trust with our vehicles and I recommend Richard without hesitation to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and skilled mechanic.”

“This review is for Gustavo who works out of this garage. I had the unfortunate experience of having my car overheat one evening when most garages are closed. To my surprise I found Galvez Auto Clinic inside Garcia's. I must have a guardian angel because this place was so close to where I broke down and open way later than most repair shops. Even though Gustavo was very busy (a sign he must be good!) he fixed my issue with the coolant system and I couldn't be happier. My car no longer overheats and he was very good at explaining everything he did. His prices are very reasonable for LA (and trust me, I have used other repair shops nearby). I have since asked him to do 3 other repairs and I have to say, he's going to be my new mechanic. He's so communicative, does quality work and explains everything so well. He even took the time to send me a video of exactly what needed to be done and what work he put in. I appreciate the transparency, especially as a woman. I always fear that someone will take advantage of me thinking I know nothing about cars. These guys are very honest and work fast. There's also a warranty/guarantee on the repairs they do there. He even picked me up at my apt so I wouldn't have to walk to the shop after dark to pick up my car. Thank you for the quality work and for going the extra mile. You definitely have a new customer for as long as I live in the area. My car hasn't sounded this quiet in a very long time.”

“Took my 2004 ford expedition in for transmission leaking fluid and a little oil a few weeks ago, they were able to give me a great idea as to what was happening to the car and they were spot on once they opened up the transmission. Good, friendly and trustworthy people with very reasonable prices for transmission work. I’m glad my regular mechanic recommended HT to me. They broke down what was wrong and made me understand even tho I don’t know too much about transmissions. Thankyou!”

“Rene is a very hard working honest mechanic I trust him more than some of the people I have encountered. The prices are amazing, Rene jumps over all to make your experience personalized. The parking is difficult but don't let that get over you, you won't be disappointed.???”

“I went here last minute because my AC stopped working while it was 90 degrees outside. Even though they seemed busy they saw me within minutes. They were so kind and straight to the point. They charged me the same amount I would have paid at Autozone for the part without any labor cost. Thankfully I didn’t buy the part and YouTube for hours in the heat to figure it out. They fixed my AC within minutes and were very honest with the possibility of a leak but didn’t push anything on me. Which I really appreciate. I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes. I highly recommend going here. Very efficient and kind.”

“Armen at EZ Transmissions took excellent care of me and my car and I highly recommend him. Of course, car troubles always happen at the WORST of times, and I felt like I really found a mechanic who was looking out for my best interests. Armen's service was quick, friendly, and more than fair. Thank you so much for everything.”

“Okay, let's forget ridiculous gas prices for a second ... I gave 5 stars for the attendant named Mark. He not only TALKED to me, he was FRIENDLY. And more than friendly, he has PERSONALITY. This is very rare in gas stations today. Most attendants simply go through the motions and get through the transaction. People like Mark can actually change the world. We never know what people are going through day to day. Bad moods are contagious, but so are good moods. We need more Marks. Thanks for being positive and genuine, Mark. Really.”
