WARNING!! This is not an official Verizon store. This is a company that pays for the use of the Verizon name and logo. You can not pay your verizon bill here, anything you buy here will have to be returned or exchanged here and will not be honored at any other official Verizon store. The prices may be different here than at an official Verizon store. Its very misleading as it does not specify this on the large signage, you will only be made aware that this is not an official Verizon ( non-corporate) location on a small sticker on front window. I dont want anyone else to be bamboozled!!!

Went in to activate my iPhone since couldn't do it solo and Apple couldn't help. Alex helped me get my iPhone setup in less than 30 min. Quick and efficient. Job I needed was done. Thanks!

Apparently flirting and not acknowledging your customers is the way to handle things here. Granted the place is a small location. At least let me know your going to be busy at trying to help your customers or you can always tell me your trying to score… either all sitting down for 20 mins and not being acknowledged is not a good standard either…

Very good customer service at this location. I got there early and didn't have to wait. The only problem was I got contradicting info from the CS via phone and the boots on the ground. Left hand didn't know what the right hand's responsibilities were. The guy at this place hooked me up quite properly, though.

Find another store. Their internet doesnt work. They dont have new phones to look at. They told me to go to a different store to upgrade my line. Dont waste your time here.

Don’t waste your time. Absolutely worthless location. Don’t let the VERIZON sign fool you, they are actually a third party and have limited capability, they have not once been able to help me. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 15 years and you’re better off just calling directly or going through the app for whatever you need done. I live right next door and so I’ve given this spot many chances out of convenience.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I went there to buy a new charger for my phone. Please note there are no prices posted on any of the items for sale. When asked about how much a new charger for my phone would be the young man stated "$40 without the cable." When asked about the price of the cable, that price would also be $40. People, save your money and buy accessories at the Verizon website!! Total cost at the Verizon website for both charger and cable, $24!

I worked with Oscar very nice guy very efficient got me in an hour got me the deals I wanted I highly recommend the store much better than going to the Verizon Store or talking to a robot online

Very informative as to LTE home device as to price, coverage how many devices it’s good for. Needed minor assistance from a colleague for verification.
