“The team here is great! Dr. Rios detected a heart murmur in my dog early on, and after doing X-rays and getting to the root of what was going on, we were able to start him on Vetmedin to help preserve his longevity and quality of life. He’s now been on the medication for about a year and is doing great—still able to hike, stay active, and live a happy life. The entire staff is awesome. The office is always clean and organized, and everyone is professional, caring, and helpful. All around a great vet, and I’m very grateful for the care they’ve given my dog. Highly recommend!”

“I recently switched over to Toluca Burbank Dog & Cat and I am thrilled. Dr. Gum was Bodie's prior vet at a different office and was so wonderful, thoughtful and smart I did not hesitate to follow her. She actually met my cat when he was a rescue before I adopted him and has been so happy to see him flourish. Dr. Gum is responsive, on top of anything that might be wrong, open to questions and gives great advice. The office itself is comfy and inviting, staff is lovely and it's easy to park. I can't recommend this place highly enough.”

“I've been bringing my 13-year-old tabby Abbi to Bastet Cat Hospital since October 2025. Went in circles with a previous vet who, despite meaning well, really struggled to explain what was going on with her. Abbi was losing weight and having stomach issues. Dr. Basilious figured out pretty quickly that her kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, and heart condition were all connected and affecting each other. The treatment regimen he put together has genuinely made a real difference in her quality of life. I wish we'd found him sooner. He's incredibly knowledgeable but what I really appreciate is that he always takes the time to explain his diagnosis and reasoning. We never feel rushed and he always answers our questions. His staff is also warm and amazing. That was especially clear recently during a really scary week when Abbi swallowed a foreign body. We were so worried about what might happen, and both Dr. Basilious and his staff kept us updated throughout the whole ordeal and even called us at home to check in on her afterward. It meant a lot during what was honestly one of the more stressful experiences I've had as a pet owner. If your cat has complex health needs, I can't recommend Bastet Cat Hospital enough.”

“I have been bringing my cat to Dr. Burpee for over 10 years and have received nothing but excellent care every single time. My cat is now 17 years old and has had her fair share of health issues over the years, and everything Dr. B has recommended for her has worked amazingly well. She truly cares about her furry patients and treats them like her own. I’m incredibly grateful for all the care she has given my kitty Scarlet over the years and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian.”
