Though we recently lost ourTulip ..??? She saw us through this very quick & strange diagnosis.Located a Mass in her throat, very unpredictable came on fast . “We came here on the recommendation of our friend when we were looking for a new vet for our adult cat. We had previously used a large facility that while they were professional and attentive, their prices kept going up and we felt we should look for a more personal approach to our cat's care.Bastet is a cat only facility. They have two cat greeters named Oliver & Gizmo, who are amazingly sweet and make each visit a treasure. The humans aren't bad either! The techs and Dr. Sam remember who we are and who our cat is when we walk in the door, asking how she is doing and remember her past treatments without having to look us up in the system. They are very accommodating to our care needs and schedule. Every treatment plan is given an option, there are no surprise costs, everything is discussed openly with you and you can say no without fear of judgement or refusal of future treatment.Our cat had to have oral surgery which necessitated an unexpected overnight stay as the doctor wanted to be able to monitor her coming out of anesthesia. They did not charge us for the overnight (something that would be VERY expensive at our previous vet), and even allowed us to pick her up on a Sunday, when they would normally be closed.The only downside of Bastet is that we cannot take Oliver and Gizmo home with us!”

“I can't say how much I love this Vet Center. They treat my rats with such love and care that I have not gotten from other Vets. Other Vets were dismissive to my concerns and didn't seem to care about our little friends.The exotic Vet here (Dr. Ceko) and her nurse were very sweet and asked to run tests/offered advice. Something the other Vet didn't even do/offer or mention was a possibility.Everytime I leave here, I leave knowing my pets are will be well treated and looked after as if they're their own.
