This many sales people. Ordered on line for a store pick up. Got help right away. Was told to wait in designated area. Only 4 customers in store with 20 salesperson roaming around. 30 minutes later a Mgr asked what I'm waiting for, just a pick up, he directed me to another person. Scan again my QR code. Told me to wait where I was waiting. 2 mins later dropped the bag with new watch and walked away. Didn't check ID. Ask if I had any questions. Nothing. Just spent $300 for this watch and it's a gift for someone else. Happy Holidays ?

My 2018 MacBook Pro 15" was having boot up issues and the Apple genius attempted to restore and revive the laptop without success. They said I may need to replace the logic board for $700 which was not worth it for an old laptop. After their attempt, my laptop no longer starts up and has lost all its data. I would not recommend them trying to fix your laptop and bring it into an independent Mac repair shop for proper diagnostic. I found a few shops that can repair the logic board for a lot less of what Apple offers.

My son's iphone had a severely damaged screen. I have TMobile 360 coverage, but since it's under Apple Care, I had to go to Apple for repair. I set an appointment for Best Buy through the Apple website. Best Buy didn't have the parts, so they sent me to the Apple Store. My experience at the Apple Store was smooth. All the employees were super nice and helpful. They took me in as "walk in" and repair took around 90 minutes as promised.There's easy parking in a lot and on the street. Sometimes gets busy, so you might need to circle a little. Next time, I'm going the Apple Store first, if the phone within the first 2 years and it's still covered under Apple Care. No need to go the the carrier for insurance repair.

I'd never bothered to look at the rating for this store as I've usually had good support at this location and others. However, I just had the worst Apple support experience in decades as a customer. There is a defect with iPhone 15 line that causes the NFC chip to become disabled when the phone is wirelessly charged in certain newer BMW vehicles. Apple has sent out a service bulletin to all stores that states that the phone must be replaced and cannot be repaired. Now, im not surprised to see it's so low. Apple phone support looked up and found the issue mentioned in the bulletin. They offered to replace my phone by mail or that they'd make me an appointment to get replaced at the Burlingame location. I chose the option of going to the store. That was a mistake. The staff member that assisted me first was perfectly nice and did what he could. The problem was the lady that claimed to be a manager. While three separate phone support agents immediately looked up and found the service bulletin, the manager refused to do so. She insisted that there was nothing in the case notes and refused to help. She insisted I had to wait hours for a same day repair for a problem Apple explicitly states is unrepairable. I quickly tired of her laziness and unwillingness to help and left. Called back phone support and now Apple is sending me a replacement phone by mail because the phone is unrepairable. The phone support team was fantastic throughout this. The young man who first helped me in the store was perfectly nice too.In general, I've been very disappointed with apple's repair services and AppleCare. I used to have Verizon's extended warranty plan and anytime a phone so much as hiccuped, they'd send me a new one overnight. I'm going back to that.I won't be going back to this location. The ones at Hillsdale and Stonestown are better.

Went in to get help resetting my iCloud account. Some old man couldn’t or wouldn’t help. It felt like “wouldn’t” more than “couldn’t”. Too bad they hire bitter old people. Wouldn’t expect anything less from a trillion dollar corporation that keeps their money in Ireland to avoid paying taxes. Att helped me quite a bit but Apple couldn’t take 15 minutes.

Just got my wife's new IPhone, and compared to my last pick up experience at Apple Union Square in SF, this was much better I was in and out in 4 minutes, they never harassed me to get more products, just offer me apple care+ and after I declined they gave me the phone and let me go in peace. Even one of the workers recognized me from a past purchase. Really nice compared to SF store that is always overcrowded and they are always pushing and forcing clients to get more unnecessary stuff.

We have shopped at this fantastic location from the day it first opened.Always met the most polite employees who gave excellent assistance.Yesterday had a“how to” question . Was greeted by Ayman…..With a warm greeting and a welcoming smile he said“I can help you with that” and helped me out of my dilemma!Thank you Ayman. For I did not have the time to wait for the tech dept…Definitely 10 stars for the Burlingame store!

My parents went in to store to buy the iPad 10th generation (64 gb) and were given the wrong price for the product.They were quoted $650+. After my parents let multiple attempts to let the individual know , about the price online was $200 cheaper around $450, the said individual refused to budge from wrong price and doubled down and claiming the price they saw was student discounted price. My parents left this store without buying the product. This forced me to buy from the online store directly which was then picked up from the store at the actual cost without any issues. The pick up experience was only saving grace as another individual handled it. The initial experience from buying from store directly was very very bad and disheartening from this one individual and made my parent feel like they were mistaken and could not talk to anyone else as this individual made them feel very uncomfortable.
