It's part automatic car wash, part hand wash. There's no hand wash only option. They did an OK job on my car, missed a few spots, but it's also cheap for the area. You get what you pay for.

Good hand car wash with excellent monthly plans. I am using the $50 per month plan which includes unlimited Hand Wash with vacuum, mat cleaning, window cleaning (in and out) and tire dressing. Anytime you need to add interior ? jg, pay $15 on the spot.
