I’ve been coming to Auto Pride in Burlingame for about three years and even used to bring my other car here. Unfortunately, the past few visits have been very disappointing.
Each of the last three times I came, I noticed damage on the rims on the left side — the side that goes onto the wash track. It’s not regular wear and tear; the marks clearly come from the machine. I decided to let it slide until today, when the track actually broke my new rim protector as well.
When I brought this up, I told them I wanted to cancel my membership, which they did, but when I asked about repairing the rim — something they’ve offered to do in the past for my other car — the manager on duty, Winston, said it wasn’t their responsibility.
If you care about your car, especially your wheels, I’d strongly suggest avoiding this location. You’re better off washing your car at home or finding a hand wash that treats your car with more care.

I’ve been a regular customer here for the past two years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing, and I won’t be returning. Lately, they’ve been leaving areas dirty or stained, and even when I pointed them out, the cleaning wasn’t done properly. These weren’t difficult stains either—when I got home, I was able to wipe them away myself in just a few seconds with a damp cloth.

Avoid at all cost. I went to get a simple hand wash for my new car and ended up with multiple scratches and swirl marks from the dirty old towels and rags they use. Thanks to them I had to pay for a paint correction and that didn’t even help for some of the scratches made. I’m beyond furious and disappointed I even came to this place.

Not thorough. I have a little basket on the seat and they just vacuum around it. When I take it out of the car that’s when I saw dirt on the seat. Have streaks residue on my windshield. Definitely not going to that location again.

The price is similar to that of good hand wash places. Their work is much much worse.
My experience: the car wasn't very dirty to begin with. Palm size brown spots left on top of a white trunk. No attempt to clean the wheels, even in the flat easy areas. Hand-sized areas of black grime left on silver rims. No attempt to do a better job when this was pointed out. The pride in their name is sarcasm, perhaps?

Must be under new ownership. Bad attitude, poor wash, don’t do what u pay for then claim it wasn’t included. If ur a woman u get the macho bullying experience, they want to be a detailing place, hard sell of clay bar paint detail for $250, when they can’t even vacuum the carpets. Will be driving the extra few minutes to Ducky’s in future. And no we’re not going to show you our bank statement to prove we were here 30 mins ago, what a cheek.

Really sucky job ! Got the platinum special plus mats shampooed /cleaned supposedly for a better job for 59$. When the job was done the tires were poorly scrubbed I have black rims so you could see the dust pretty easily. The vacuuming was terrible . My car still had bird poop on the exterior Over all a very sloppy/lazy job done. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst service and car wash in the bay!!! Bought $50 wash but trust me $6 gas station wash will do better job!

They did a super bad job of cleaning the car and then argued afterwards. Complete rip off for $50. Take your business somewhere else.
