Their opening hours make it very hard for anyone working during the week. They aren't open until 10 and then they close at 5pm. Wells Fargo around the corner is open 9-6pm even on Saturdays. This location just isn't competitive when it comes to customer experience.

The tellers here arent bad, but the manager Denise is terrible. She is unresponsive and lazy although she pretends to be busy. I usually go to Millbrae or another location to get any serious banking done.

Great bank! I've been a customer for 3 yrs now, and they are fantastic.
