I had just opened a new account online and this was my first time visiting any BMO bank in person or having an account with them. When I walked in, I was super cranky and frustrated, ready to take all my money out because of all the problems I was having via the 1-800 number, online and not being able to use my debit card or access my account. Mina was extremely polite, professional and went above and beyond to help me, even calling the BMO 1-800 customer service representative and talking to them himself. Mina’s customer service was impeccable. When I left the bank, thanks to Mina’s help, I was able to access my BMO account and money. I haven’t had any problems since with my BMO account. I would highly recommend this location on Burlingame.”

“I walked into the Burlingame branch on a Saturday and was greeted immediately by Dennis. I had some questions regarding their savings accounts. Dennis was able to answer all my questions and said he would follow up with me in a few days to ensure my transaction went through as discussed. Although Dennis normally works at the Cupertino branch, he called me back two days later to follow up and to let me know the bank had increased their savings rates. The experience was excellent and working with Dennis was like having a personal banker.”
