“This was unfair to have posted regarding the people at this branch. I must say it is one of the best branches, local branches of the credit union I’ve ever dealt with.
There’s a lot of technological change going on in the credit union, for the better, and that always leads to growing pains. I was having frustrating days when I wrote this, and I apologize to the staff of this wonderful branch. It is a great place.”
“I had an excellent experience with Mina, the bank manager this past November. I had just opened a new account online and this was my first time visiting any BMO bank in person or having an account with them. When I walked in, I was super cranky and frustrated, ready to take all my money out because of all the problems I was having via the 1-800 number, online and not being able to use my debit card or access my account. Mina was extremely polite, professional and went above and beyond to help me, even calling the BMO 1-800 customer service representative and talking to them himself. Mina’s customer service was impeccable. When I left the bank, thanks to Mina’s help, I was able to access my BMO account and money. I haven’t had any problems since with my BMO account. I would highly recommend this location on Burlingame.”
“In short, this branch is the best and renewed my trust. I almost gave up on Wells Fargo after talking with another branch and customer service over the phone. As my secondary bank, I racked up a few minimum balance fees (after they changed the minimum without my knowledge) and they would only take off 1-2 fees, even though I never saw a formal notice. They didn’t care about my 18 years of loyalty or my 5 different accounts I had with them. They just wanted to keep my $30. Apparently loyalty means nothing to corporate. Before I was about to rage quit, I contacted this branch, being my old go to, and Courtney and team were so awesome at listening to me and understanding without putting up walls. I felt heard and she was able to take care of my small request. Faith restored. But only this branch.”

This branch near downtown Burlingame made a great first impression. I visited around 11 AM and it wasn’t too crowded, which made the experience even more pleasant. There were at least three tellers available, so the wait time was minimal. My transaction went very smoothly, and the teller was courteous and friendly throughout. Even though it was my first time at this location, I felt well taken care of. Excellent customer service overall.”

“I went here today to change my name on my account. I got there at around 4:45 which was 15 mins before closing, and the only banker they had was busy with another client. Diane (not sure if this is her name but I remember it started with a D), who I believe is the manager, went out of her way and asked the mortgage guy (Edison) if he could help me with my request. Edison was very helpful and the whole process literally took 10 mins. Really pleased with my experience at this location.”
