“Stopped in the other day and was helped right away. The staff there were super attentive and friendly. I was able to get in and out quickly instead of having to wait around forever. I'd given myself a ton of time for the errand, expecting it to be like most banking experiences, but I had great service and gained some extra time in my day. The ladies there were great. Rochelle, Anita, and Bob are amazing. I rarely get to their branch but when needed they have been very supportive.”

“Embarked upon an in-person visit to Patelco Credit Union (San Mateo branch) on 08/12/2023 for follow-up regarding an electronic funds transfer for a car loan. It was an urgent matter given I anticipated collecting the new car on Sunday. I was served by the assistant branch manager there, Leena, who was very congenial and gregarious, courteous, understanding, receptive to my requests, and interpersonally effective. The existing issue was promptly and conscientiously solved, and I was on my way in no time. I recommend them without any reservations.”

“Due to my own inability to think well and a snafu with Social Security, I defaulted on my credit card payments. Instead of asking Patelco for help immediately, I waited and destroyed my credit. Ugh. Finally, I went to see Tony, the Manager, at the Daly City Patelco. He graciously helped me get my past-due account paid off and reinstituted my checking account. Tony never once shamed me or did anything negative. His only obvious goal was to help me. Wow. A Banker whose goal was and is to help a member of the Credit Union! I highly recommend Patelco to anyone looking for a small bank or Credit Union that gives personalized financial services. It makes both "cents" and sense!”
